Really, according to manga and databooks, Konoha is 70 years old now.
That scene is at least 10 years before.
Madara and Hashirama were rivals for quite some time

which databook? if it was said in the databooks narutopedia would have it.

I checked "konoha" says nothing about being founded 70 ago.
I checked academy it says being founded by tobirama's order but it says nothing about being founded 5 years after konoha's foundation

as I said if it was in the databooks narutowiki would have it. I can't read an entire databook for nothing. and that link you sent me isn't official. it's theorized.

It has links from databooks and manga chapters as references.
The wiki is encyclopedia, but not everything it's written there ... just summaries.
You can always find the books yourself and compare if you do not trust it.

It's calculated on facts from manga and databooks ie. Kishi.
Exact age was never stated though

Hashirama and Tobirama are a few years age difference (around 3-5, maybe up to 7), not 20. Your theory is based primarily off of assumptions, since it's obvious that Hashirama and Tobirama were pretty close in age.

i thought about the age of certain characters like madara and hashirama and found out a bug lets say.
So lets start with the fact about hiruzen. I would jugde that he is around 80 year old and not a years more.
Second tobirama was his sensei or whatever and apx he was not more than 20 years older than him.
Third, hashirama was maybe 20 years older than tobirama so that would make madara and hashirama 120 years old.

So the problem is there are normal people that lived 120 years so i dont see why is madara such an old guy and why should he be long dead. He was an
ultra-shinobi.
Only uzumaki could do that by this logic.

There is no special point in this, maybe there were threads like this but i couldnt find any. And maybe this observation could help in understanding some things

We might have misunderstood things or it is as you have said..
Further remember Tsunade still looks young even though she is like 50, May be if other person reserve chakra, same thing might happen(most unlikely though)..
