I want you to build up a large amount of lightning chakra and then I want you to use it to create a large wave of lightning, if you know any water jutsu use one before attempting this jutsu, it makes it stronger and can't be considered a true B-Rank lightning jutsu w/o using water.

If you don't know any just do the jutsu.

(Suiton: Mizu No Tatsumaki) - Water Style: Water Tornado

Descripton: Utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious. Can only be performed if there is a water source near by.


Then i create large amount of lightening chakra and make it into a wave i send the wave into the tornado electrocuting it and directing it towards you.

The result should be lightning flowing from your hands onto the ground. Then I want you to control the lightning and guide it beneath my clone*poof*.

I channel large amount of lightening chakra in my hands then i raise both of my hands and swing them down slamming the earth the lightening is seen going into the ground then i aim for your clone and after a few seconds i raise my hands
- Lightening is seen coming out of the ground beneath your clone when i raise my hands again-

No, I'm going to need you to keep contact with the ground, also I need you to concentrate on controlling the lightning.

When Raiga did this he drove his swords into the ground and then concentrated lightning through them, but since we're not using swords here I need you to keep constant contact with the ground. You can lift your hands after the jutsu is completely formed and heading in the correct direction.

So this shows you that this jutsu can be split into many tendrils that can attack multiple targets, so I want you to use your knowledge of this jutsu to split the stream of lightning
