Now I wish for you to perform these jutsus.
Using a lighter you will create a fire wall, this lighter is but a stepping stone and later on you will be able to use other sources of fire. Now do it like this...
~I gather chakra and drop a lighter on the ground in front of me, lit. After gathering chakra I make clones and force them away as I gather more chakra, this time fire, while they get into position. I tell the clones to throw objects at me at the same time, but instead of getting hit I perform the hand seals and use the open flame to make a fire wall to protect me.~
This is a fire wall to protect yourself from objects or physical attacks that will be hurt by fire, like flesh on the opponents hand when he tries to fight you with tai. Your the flame and blow it up.
I wish for you to then perform this as well.
~I stand and gather fire chakra, and use it to perform a stream of fire after performing the required handseals. I then shape the fire to a thick but uniform stream to then make a ring around three rocks. The ring heats and burns the rocks if constricted or moved. I then sustain it for 3 minutes.~
This is an attack that will be used for combos with wind. This will set your opponent in a form of panic of having limited space and directions to go. Think well when you use this.

Good, remember that this should be a quick flame up and expanded enough with heat and flames to burn projectiles and protect you.
This was kinda confusing to read at first, but then I understood what you said. Remember that this is a heating and trap like jutsu. The ring is used for combos and limiting your opponent. Now I believe both are well done.
Now I want you to perform the next jutsu.
This jutsu requires concentration and current like fire. Observe...
~Takes out 6 shurikens, 3 in each hand, with wire attached and throws them all to wrap around a tree. I then hold a main string that connects to all the wires and perform the handseals for the jutsu. After connecting the last handseal with the main string and gathering enough chakra, I perform a flame that travels through the string and burns the tree.~
With your chakra, you much ignite, sustain, and move the first with a path. Use the wire as an extension. Your hands can sustain the flame while you ignite with your mouth. Now practice the handseals, then practice the preperation. After that you can practice the actual jutsu. Use less tools if needed.
*get 4 kunais from my bag tie them together with wires attach 2 main string with them 1 with each pair
I grab each pair of kunais in each hand run towards the tree aiming for trunk and throw the kunais towards it*
