Other then electricity lightning is an unstoppable force of energy that will destroy anything in its path. Its elemental weakness is earth, and its strongest against water i think. Its relation to charka i suppose would be that its energy like charka so it is easy for ninja to use since it is somewhat similar to charka.

Okay now release that chakra in front of you. If done right the lightning will block my kunai.

Throws two kunai

*quickly releases raiton chakra in front of me deflecting your kunai*
