Well there seems to be controversy over this jutsu. whether the field of water is included in the move or if you have to make it prior to it.

So I asked the sensei i'm under(Akiza the head sensei) and she said to make it included for the sake of simplicity(xd).

So now imagine there is a field of water under the opponent right now. I want you to focus your lightning chakra and use an appropriate lightning jutsu to shock my clone*Poof*

Okay concentrate your lightning chakra into your palm. Then focus your chakra and shape it into a whip. Then swing it around like a whip and strike my clone.

Now I want you to channel your lightning chakra through your dominate hand. Then I want you to make the lightning radiate out of your hand and manipulate it into the form of a hound/wolf. Then make the dog go towards my clone at high speeds.

Remember to keep the hound connected to your hand through a long cord or lightning chakra.
