i stand back and focuses on the fuuton chakra inside me. and i then calmly bring forth a large amount of chakra.. i then channel it to create a strong gust wind and then controls the wind and as i send it it collects the dust and dirt and repels your medium sized rock

Now I want you to build up a large amount of Wind chakra into your chakra network.

i stand back and concentrate and focus inside me and build up huge amount of chakra inside my chakra network.

Now I want you to focus all of the chakra into your fist. Once you've done that I want you to pull your fist back and then punch forward, releasing the chakra. The result should be a very powerful vortex of wind that should rush towards me and blast me back.

Now try it!

... i then concentrate the flow of my chakra to my hand and.. i then i pull my fist back and i punch forward.. while i punch i concentrate on releasing my chakra while i punch it out... then. after i punch.. a strong and windy vortex rush towards SC and blast you.

Niw basically this jutsu is just a big version of Cutting Whirlwind.

So I want you to build up a large amount of Wind chakra into your lungs. Then I want you to use the chakra to breathe out a strong whirlwind of compressed Wind.

This jutsu should be relatively easy as seeing this is a jutsu you've already done, but on a bigger scale.
