signatures and avatars

people have massive avatars and signatures, and the boards just dont look right, theres loads of different sized pictures messily clumped together and it looks totally fragmented and well, to keep a long story short, messy and shit, it looks like a new forum that has had a coding error or something.

Even with 8meg broadband which loads up other forums fine this place lags badly, loading up 35 pictures every new page thats opened, all to read usually, half a sentence of writing in a post....ugh

I don't think that sigs should be removed but a size limit should be fixed, so people don't have thos massive images.

Sigs should not be abolished, but their size should be controlled.

1)you could go into user control panel, then into edit option's, then go and turn off "show sig's"
2)yes there should be a limit to the size of the sig's like at most it should be like possibly
for image's 450 x 160 and then have the same text limit.(yes I know I'm a hipocrite but whatever)

I got an idea, maybe the admin's could make it so that in order to have your sig's viewed, your post has to have over like 2000 character's.

well character's aren't that hard to get large amount's of and it could be reduced but that isn't a bad idea.

maybe its because u saved it wrong...u could just save to ur computer in my pictures...or put the url for the pic in the url thing for that....
