Women in Naruto in one way or another are reliant on men.
In no sense are they all inferior in terms of strength, agility etc, but they're weaker in a sense that men in Naruto seem to be more well grounded, and thus, advantageous in almost all aspects.

Well, Naruto is also reliant on men, Sasuke. He is what drives him never give up and always give the best of him. Shikamaru was also reliant in a man, Asuma. Lee's determination in part came from Sakura. Jiraiya was completely reliant on women. Y'know..

I agree with all your examples, why anyone would consider these people weak im not sure. Also temari hinted that she was the best wind jutsu user in the army so thats saying something (until naruto turned up but hey). Ino wouldn't be completely useless if she could do he mind transfer on a much bigger scale and the way her father does it he doesn't collapse. Ten-ten on the other hand I dont know maybe she can start a weapons shop?

Just because someone is OP or stronger doesn't make the other person useless.
Temari might seem useless when compared to Gaara or Kankuro.
But then again, Kiba and Shino seem useless when compared to Temari.

I think alot of the konoha 11 deserve more and the war would be a perfect time to do it. I mean were has kiba, shino, neji, hinata been all of shippuden?

Yeah, Inoichi's Mind Disturbance Dance Performance Technique could be very useful on Ino. (lol Naruto is OP and protagonist he doesn't cound haha)

She did participate well and showed a definite increase in maturity (she has always been reasonably mature, beside her initial thing for Sasuke) as well as an increase in battle ability. Still a pivotal part of Ino-Shika-Cho.

I agree she surely did increase in maturity and battle ability but she is sorta still weak compared to shikamaru and choji but mostly I agree +rep
