Hello fellow NB users and abusers.

I've been soaring the forums for quite some time noaw and can't seem to find out how to get started.. I've seen some RP action here and there, and wanna join in on the fun.. Problem is; I found the Bio template and etc, but i cant seem to figure out what i'm allowed to get, what kind of jutsu's etc. What can i specialize in and so on and so forth.. Anyone wanna help get me started?
