Go to User CP -> Edit Signature -> place the link between [ IMG ] ... [/ IMG] tags. (no space)

Go to

and upload the picture or animated picture you want, as shown (you will have to enter a word or two before it uploads, but it will tell you what to do)

Once uploaded, you'll get a screen like this, copy and paste the code I have highlighted black in the picture

Paste the code you just copied, into your signature area, and you're done. (If you forgot how to get here, follow Step 1&2 again.
