Also, i wanna re train myself, get re familiar with every technique and generally improve my own battle abilities and knowledge of jutsu. You never know, you may just learn something from a student, and thats what im looking for.

Reason you want to become a senpai(2*paragraph's*minimum): *
I have always seen*sempai*as a rite of passage one undergoes to become a sensei, as it not only provides invaluable teaching experiences but it prepares one to become a good sensei in the future, since day one that I commenced my role playing career about two years ago exact, I had set out goals which I planned to achieve in my role play career and one of them is to become a*sempai*and a sensei. I may not be ready to be a sensei right now but I am sure more than ready to be a*sempai, to train and teach the young role players and show them through the hoops of the role play helping them mastering their elements in the process. I am a hard worker and fully committed to any thing i set my sights on, and this job if given the chance, would be no different. I have yearned for so long to become a sempai/sensei and to help out to train the new role players and teach them as someone once did for me and hopefully i will finally get the chance. I am online 7 days [More Hours On Weekend] a week and have an average online time of about 5-6 hours, I maintain a good conduct on the forum and have not been banned this year.
Many people ask why do i want to be a sempai? The main question here Is why wouldn’t i? Being a sempai/Sensei is an honor which most role players seek to achieve, and I am no different, right from time I always knew I wanted to train students I loved every part of it, from the training ground where you help students learn techniques and help them progress in the rp, to the constant visitor messages got from impatient students anxious for your reply, I mean that’s all part of what makes being a*sempai*or a sensei great, to be able to play an instrumental role in each young role player career is satisfaction enough for me. I have already created a training system of sorts, for the event I eventually become a*sempai, and hopefully I will be able to showcase it you if I am chosen.
The dictionary defines “teaching” as the ability to impact knowledge or skill unto someone, and this is exactly what I aim to do, right from start when I begun to role play on this great site, I always aspired to hold a position in the role play teaching system which was mainly either to become a*sempai*or a sensei and finally I think I am ready, I have learnt a lot since I started both battle wise and jutsu wise, but the main thing which was instrumental in my deciding to be a sempai/sensei was a certain thread which I partook in back then in the later months of 2011, the thread was addressed towards sensei and their lack of training and commitment to the role play and how students found it hard to get trainings and what not, and as at that time I like many other role players found it difficult to get a sensei/sempai and was often left frustrated at times, I was getting tired of the constant rejections and “no, im full” response I got from most sensei or*sempai*and I made a promise to myself that when I do hold a position in our role-play teaching system that I would do my best to try to purge out this “epidemic” that I would do my best to take on as many students as I can because I knew how rejection felt and how constantly being told no was frustrating, over my stay here at Narutobase I have been trained by many of the greats both mods and members alike and I had always aspired to be one of them to impact knowledge unto many new role players and be able to one day proudly raise my head up high and say “yes he was my student” that I had nurtured someone and had been so instrumental in them becoming something huge in the role play is all the reward and self satisfaction I need.

Its been a pleasure typing this up and getting the chance to apply to be a part of this, i am currently training with you at the moment and so far has been great so i wish to continue on that training only this time to help you with the work load and stresses that training require.

Chakra can be defined as or is said to be ones physical energy present in everybody cell where as the spiritual energy is gained through hard work and training. Through mediums such as hand seals chakra can be molded and used to create techniques and jutsu , most ninjas have two or one affinity to an element ie sasuke affinity to fire and lighting and naruto affinity to wind, the system that is responsible for the channeling of chakra in the body is the chakra pathway system, it has similar functions to what blood vessels such as veins and arteries do for humans, along the chakra pathway there are 361 nodes which control the flow of one’s chakra in one body.

Wind Release: Wind is the flow of gases on a large scale across the surface of the earth it consists of the bulk movement of the earth. Whereas in naruto,wind is one of the basic 5 elemental nature transformations it is created by making ones chakra as sharp and thin as possible, it is weak to fire the wind increases the strength of the flames and it is strong against lightning as it can blow it away. Its commonly used by the ninjas of sunagakure and some other users are naruto and asuma.

Fire Release: Fire is created or caused as a result of rapid oxidation of a material in the exothermic chemical process of combustion which releases heat light and other various products and gases. It requires oxygen to burn. Fire is also one of the basic 5 elemental nature transformations and is commonly used by the people of the uchiha clan who excel in it, it is performed by moulding superheated chakra inside the stomach before releasing it through the lungs and from the mouth. Its users are sasuke and itachi, It is weak to water as water can extinguish its flames and it is strong against wind as wind increases the strength and power of the flames.

Lightning Release: Lightining is a massive electrostatic discharge between the electrically charged regions within the clouds or between the surface of the earth or a cloud. Lightning release similar to fire and wind is also one of the basic 5 elemental nature transformations that allows the user to create lightning through increasing the high frequency vibrations of their chakra allowing for piercing damage and fast movements. Its users are sasuke and kakashi and it is strong against earth as it radiates heat which allows the earth to be cut through and is weak to wind as wind can be used to disperse the lighting. It is mostly performed by ninjas of kumogakure

Water Release: It is a chemical compound with the chemical formula H20. A molecule of water contains
One oxygen and two atoms of hydrogen connected by covalent bonding. It along with wind, fire and lightning is one of the basic 5 elemental nature transformations and is created through an exisiting water source or through the user body by turning his chakra to water. The ninjas of kirikagure are mostly connected with the usage of the water elements and some of them are the mizukage mei and kisame. It is weak to earth as earth is more dense than water and cannot be easily overcomed by it, water is strong against fire as it can neutralize the flames.

Earth Release: Earth or rocks are naturally occurring solid particles of one or more minerals or mineraloids. Along with wind, fire, lighting and water. Earth, is also one of the basic 5 elemental nature transformations that allows the user to manipulate the surrounding eartha round him for defensive or offensive purpose it can be used to form/create muds or rock boulders. It is commonly used by the ninjas of iwagakure and is weak to lighting as lightning radiates heat from it and ahs cutting capabilities which can tear apart the earthen particles and its is strong against water as it is more dense than water and the flow of water cannot easily overcome it.

Reason you want to become a Senpai (2 paragraph's minimum):
As you know, I'm trying to become a senpai for a very very long time. I really want to help out the RP community and members on the base by teaching members the basic 5. I think and I hope that I'm experienced enough to teach members the basic 5. I've been RPing here for quite some time, mastered everything except ninjutsu, had a lot of spars and I've been in 2 villages. And I'm also very motivated to teach members, and I'm ready to teach them every jutsu to perfection! I think it's a lot of fun to train members the basic 5, and it also helps me, because while I'm actually teaching I'm also learning a bit and getting more experienced at the same time, especially if the students start ask questions. I also think that this would help you, because maybe I could take over some basic 5 students.

I love to take a big step in the RP, by helping other people. This would be a great advantage for me, you and of course the RP community. It would be a big honor. I really wonder what it is like. Because of all the training I had with senpais and senseis, it really looks awesome and so much fun. Lately I became a bit inactive on NB, simply because it's getting a bit boring and the RP also kinda bores me. I'm actually only visiting NB lately to check messages and to check whether NK replied to the nin training. I think and know that if I'll become a senpai, it'll kill my boredom and I'd become really active.

I tried many times to become a senpai, but I can't get my hands on the senpaiship and I want it so badly as you know. I can assure you that if I'll be chosen as your senpai, that you absolutely won't regret it. You shouldn't worry about my online time, because as you probably know I am almost always online. Even though sometimes I'm a bit busy with school, most of the time I use my spare time for NB. Nor should you worry about me, I am a very loyal and respectful NB member, and even try to help out the staff. I even have the NB expose the troll committee. I am reliable and independent enough ^_^ My current goal on NB is becoming a senpai, and that could maybe help me becoming a sensei later on.

You and I know each other already, which is an advantage, because you know what I'm like and what I'm capable of. We were both together in suna, you trained me, we're both dutch, but originate from Morocco, we talked a few times on skype. And you're a sensei for a long time, you also were the kazekage and you're an old member here on NB, and I know that you're really experienced, and if I would be your senpai, I'm sure that it'll also improve me. And I know that you're a nice guy, and it would be lovely to be your senpai.

I also tried once, long ago, to become a wood shishou, because I really wanted to help out the RP community and teach members, but they weren't in need of a new one. But I still tried to become a senpai. I'm trying to become one for months and I almost gave up a few times but I want to show how worthy I am to become a senpai, and that I'm ready to teach members every jutsu to perfection, and make great RPers out of them. And I hope that you will say 'that's my senpai!' And I'm also hoping that new RPers are looking up against me and that they're going to say 'that's my teacher!'

Reason you want to become a Senpai (2 paragraph's minimum): I've always wanted to be a sensei from the day i learned about RP and the teaching system. Senpai would be a stepping stone to achieving that goal. It would let me learn and have the experience from when it is my time to become a sensei, and teaching seems like something i would be interested in and have the time to do. I want to basically give back to the community (NB community of course) and to the people with less training, since most teachers are busy. From time to time, i meet a new RP'er who quits a month or so after trying to RP, primarily because of the teaching system and how hard it is to get training. I've had enough training to not be replying to my own training everyday, which is one of the reasons why i apply. NB gets rather boring without any trainings of my own to reply to, and what's better then to use up that time to train others? I find it an awesome experience and a fun one as well, where i get to learn more about myself as an RPer and more about how teachers feel training.

Being senpai is one of my many goals here in the RP system and it would be an awesome experience to become one. I spend so much time in the base and almost always have no training to reply to, and training people would give me the right 'time-filler' to occupy myself in. I also feel we would have tons to talk to, more specifically fairytail so i wouldn't be a senpai who you can only give jobs too, but you can consider me as a friend as well, lol. Becoming a senpai also means that i could get in and learn from you, you can train and raise me to become an awesome RP'er and eventually even.. maybe surpass you. xD

The first paragraph sums up the reason to wanting to be a senpai is because of my desire to help the people with less training. Recently i met a person who is into the RP and starting out new, and because training is hard to find even with the new senseis around, i'd like to help new people get into the RP and have fun with it, not having to complain about lack of training. I know a lot of people that are in need of training and i know that even more people that i don't know would want some training. (Doesn't make sense, lol.) If i become a senpai, i would take a good amount of student, (5-8) and make sure to reply to them daily, so that they would have something to look forward to when logging onto the base. In a nutshell, their are many reasons to want to be a senpai but the main one comes down to helping the newer people who does not have much training. I'd like to help with the training system and help in general, so thanks for letting me apply regardless of how much elements i have. I know that their are many people much more suited for this position, so thanks for the consideration. Plus, it'd be cool to be a senpai under an official sage. xD

Reason you want to become a Senpai (2 paragraph's minimum): I spend much time online at NB than any other site so I just want to use the spare time to teach those who are in need. I also like using canon jutsus mainly and particularly I use water, earth, fire a lot but also have enough knowledge in wind and lightning elements.
Becoming Senpai will also help me to go through every jutsu in the list each time I teach them which will enable me to understand it even more so that I can use them efficiently which will also help me to further improve my rp skills.

I also don't like simply copy, paste, perform method and I'll try to use different methods to teach the students.

Reason you want to become a Senpai (2 paragraph's minimum): The question posed to me and others is, why do we want to be your senpai? Key words that stick out immediately for me are we, your, and senpai. We being the other role players who are aiming for a chance at becoming your senpai. Which leads into the next key phrase being your. I have expressed to you personally how i wanted to be your senpai. I want to be a senpai simply because it gives me the ability to teach a newer role player something that will benefit them. My journey to becoming a senpai has been maybe 7 months in the process. Almost every sensei who has a senpai application thread, i have applied for. Now does that make me desperate or determined? I'd like to say i am a cross between both, i am determined to teach on this site. Yet i am desperate to become a senpai, which is shown through me applying for almost everyone. But the desperation can be ignored i think or outweighed by my ambitions. I have a few goals for this rp, all of which i have kept since i joined.
Number 5: Master the basics (Elements, nin, gen ,tai, ken, fuuin)

Number 4: Obtain a curse mark

Number 3: Obtain a 4th Raikage Bio

Number 2: Obtain a Mangekyo sharingan for my Suzaku bio. (Which i have had since i joined)

*Number 1: Become a sensei (This is starred because in order to become a sensei, i need to be a senpai first. Also i can't get number 2 without being number 1)

Notice how my number one goal involves teaching. A small note about myself, in school now i am studying to become a teacher. So my drive in real life, transitions to here. I enjoy teaching and learning new things. If you are willing to give me a shot, i would not let you down.

Alright. I have a hard time picking, I think that the four of you are great RP fighters, and have allot of knowledge of the RP and it's rules, jutsu's etc. Now I'll be holding a small tournament and the both of you will just have a small fight, 5 moves each. Rule's are simple; Basic 5 only, killing allowed but stealing isn't of course. No CJ/CE's allowed neither is your KG. The battle field you'll be fighting on is a plain field, a little grass here and there but nothing special with no water source wheresoever. Keep it organised and clean, if you got problems with your opponent his moves than VM me, arguing will not be done trough the thread.
