I create 2 shadow cones that stand at my side:
(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique
My First clone sends and electrical charge racing through the water my using two Kunai that he puts in the water:
(Raiton:Ikadzuchi no Utage)-Lightning style:Lightning Bolt Feast
Since the current is underwater it gets a power boost making it twice as strong as it already is. At the same time My second clone sends another electrical charge sent through the water racing towards you:
Chidori Nagashi (1000 Birds Current)

We are both on the water, correct? If so, then why would you send electricity through it, if you are on it as well? You'd shock yourself before you shocked me. ._.

As the Sharks Are Coming At me from all angles i make water spikes shoot out up out of the crevices and cracks in the ocean floor at a high speed at the sharks:

I'm pretty sure this move wouldn't work. The arctic ocean is like 18,000 feet deep. I doubt your jutsu could travel that fast to my sharks. ._. Anyway...
