Description: Kanashibari no Jutsu is a simple Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an animal (or animals). With the target frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat. It can only be used against animal (summons or not) and works by forcefully using your chakra to restrain the summon physically by holding it in place. It can, however, be broken by outside means or brute force, making it less effective against bigger summons like boss summons or similar.

Description: Killing Intent pertains to the ability of the user giving off their pure killing intention and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power. The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.

To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on his hand, perform the Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram handseals and then touch the ground or another object, where a sealing formula will appear. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete, most summoning uses use a solid surface, though in some cases it can even be done mid air. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground. Others will clap their hands directly like Nagato through the use of his Animal Path. The user must have signed the contract with the creature he wants to summon but the technique can be used to summon a generic creature of that contract (B-Rank) which will have no special traits or abilities beyond those normal to the rest of the animals in the contract. The animal is always summoned on the mark that appears upon slamming the users hand or, if not the case, always in short range of the user.

Description: This summoning creates a demonic form of the main gate of old Kyoto, which is capable of blocking almost any attack. The Rashomon stands tall and wide covering a range of about 10 meters in width and height.

One last thing before we start. Tell me what chakra, ninjutsu and handseals are. Also, tell me what kunais, shurikens, and flash bombs are, and what are their usages.

Ninjutsu, or "Ninja Techniques/Ninja Art" is any type of special technique that requires chakra to perform. Ninjutsu comes in multiple forms:
Elemental Ninjutsu are chakra based techniques which require the ninja to have the ability to use a certain change in chakra nature. These are the abilities to mix one of the 5 basic elements (fire,water,earth, wind, and lightning) into your normal chakra flow. This allows ninja to create massive balls of fire, tidal waves, or even split mountains! However, it is uncommon for an unskilled Ninja to be able to use a change in chakra nature, as this ability is technically considered rare (though not really in our RP.) Even more complex elemental ninjutsu can be used by combining two or even three change in chakra natures. These are called Kekkei Genkai/Totta and are extremely rare, only available to those of certain clans or sometimes even individual people.
Chakra is the natural energy which flows inside of every human being. This energy is only able to be used by some people, but is technically present in every living thing's body. It is used when creating ninjutsu, ninja arts, and is limited. Some people have more chakra than others, however those with massive chakra supplies tend to not have good control over their chakra. Those with less chakra naturally learn to conserve it as it is a much more limited resource to them. However, chakra control can also be learned through harsh training, whilst obtaining more chakra cannot be. Or at least not by natural means. Chakra is transfered through the body's chakra network, a set of vein like tubes which connect all through the body. Connecting these tubes are the tenketsu, microscopic chakra relay points which monitor and control the flow of chakra through the body. These points can be disabled by skilled individuals, preventing the flow of chakra through the body, causing severe internal injury and possible death.
Handseals are the most common way of chakra regulation to create ninjutsu. They allow a user to manipulate their chakra to create more complicated techniques than those which usually require zero handseals. They should be though of as words you use to speak to your chakra. However, a skilled ninja can use a single handseal or make faster handseals for a certain style of fighting which they are skilled in. They however cannot be completely avoided on techniques which require them.
Ninja weapons:
Kunai: The ninja equivalent of a combat knife, a Kunai is a small dagger like blade which can be used for quick strikes at melee range due to its light weight. It can also be used as projectiles, due to their aerodynamic body type. Kunai are the close range weapon of choice for a ninja, and can be tagged with explosives for more effective usage. However, Kunai are generally non lethal when used, and should be used in high quantity during ranged usage.
Shuriken: More commonly known as Ninja Stars, and litterally translated as "Flying Sword", shuriken are the most titular and asciosiated with weapon of a ninja. These are pure projectiles, commonly having four points and looking like a small stereotypical star, hence its popular name. Like the Kunai, Shuriken are projectiles. They however have no melee use, and cannot be tagged with explosives. They are however, much quicker moving, and are able to be concealed much more easily. They can be thrown so that they curve in midair towards a target as to confuse them. These are also somewhat non lethal, and should be used in large quantities. A giant variation of the weapon is available, but can only be used in small quantities due to their size and inability to be carried in large numbers. This variation is also much more lethal, causing severe damage if not dodged or countered.
Flash bomb: They are deceptive tools shaped like a standard explosive. Flash bombs are the ninja equivalent of a flashbang. They do not actually cause physical damage, but create a blinding light which impairs enemy and possibly your own vision. They also cause a ringing in the ears. The hearing effect lasts a few seconds, while the blinding effect can last up to 2 minutes if the opponent looks directly at the explosion. This can be a avoided by turning away from, or physically blocking yourself from the bomb. The first method will however not completely halt the mal effects from occurring, simply weakening them.
Flash Bomb Usage Places:
-When behind a wall and throwing around a corner.
-When nigh-fully underground
-When already blinded, so as to remove the ability of being attacked while prone
-During any taijutsu battle, as it is harder to avoid for the opponent, due to the factor of surprise.

Method 1: General Techniques
This method would be synonomous to the "Specific" or "Other" methods that exist in the other methods. None have specific identified relations to other techniques in the method with the exception of a few techniques being linked to each other in small groups within themselves. This method is put forth first as there are a series of techniques that have a direct link to the basic E-ranked ninjutsu that is given to everybody by default. Within this method alone there are sub-categories with relation to the E-ranked basics:
Stealth: Techniques that involve hiding within cover and/or moving silently around the senses of your opponent to attack blind spot.
Transformation: Techniques that involve transforming one's appearance through furthered applications of this basic technique.

We'll start with the method system now. There are several methods:

Method 1: General Techniques
This method would be synonomous to the "Specific" or "Other" methods that exist in the other methods. None have specific identified relations to other techniques in the method with the exception of a few techniques being linked to each other in small groups within themselves. This method is put forth first as there are a series of techniques that have a direct link to the basic E-ranked ninjutsu that is given to everybody by default. Within this method alone there are sub-categories with relation to the E-ranked basics:
Stealth: Techniques that involve hiding within cover and/or moving silently around the senses of your opponent to attack blind spot.
Transformation: Techniques that involve transforming one's appearance through furthered applications of this basic technique.
Clone: Techniques that involve creating clones of various other types through furthered application of this basic technique.
Invisibility: Techniques that involve hiding with the usage of chakra to camouflage your true location

Advantages:
-Generally requires high level of skill to counter, due to the simple nature of them
-All reasonably simple to perform, requiring few or no handseals.
-They tend to be used for diversion purposes, so they are excellent when fighting a large group of people.
Drawbacks:
-They deal no actual damage and are all supplementary
-They are generally low rank, and can be stopped by higher ranked abilities
-They tend to have high usage limits due to their abilities (I.E substitution techniques)
I'll go ahead and do the rest:
Bukijutsu: Literally means weapon techniques. Specifically made for people with low ability to use ninjutsu which is heavily chakra based, these techniques allow a user to turn a standard kunai into a blade of death, summon thousands of weapons, and even counter opponent's weapon based techniques. Not only are the bladed and common ninja weapons used in these techniques, but paper tags and other odd weapons like caltrops are used sometimes as well. This type of move however does not contain Kenjutsu techniques, due to their unique complexity.
Advantages:
-Usually highly damaging
-Difficult to avoid, as the techniques either use small, but unforeseen and lethal attacks which can be controlled using strings or other methods, or massive barrages of weapons so huge, they are hard to dodge. This can vary slightly, but most of these techniques fall into one of those two categories.
-When using complex weapon forms like the twin rising dragons, attacks are generally hard to predict, giving an advantage to the weapon user.
-As they use basic weapons, they tend to be very quick techniques, requiring high speed to completely dodge.
-They use Shuriken, Kunai, and other weapons like paper tags and turn them into weapons of mass destruction, whether it be through complex manipulation, or chakra enhancement.
Drawbacks:
-They are, despite any powers given or form used, still weapon based techniques, and can be blocked with relative ease by using shielding techniques, or through many general ninjutsu techniques (discussed above)
-They have little defensive usage, and leave the user wide open during and after use.
-They require the user to carry a large supply of weapons or scrolls
Summoning: These techniques allow the user to summon objects or animals from places across the world. These include defensive structures, like the Rashomon, weapons, or even giant toads or snakes! A user can use a specific technique to summon inanimate objects, but is required to summon a contract with a set of animals to summon a certain animal, like toads, or any other kind. These summons all do have one thing in common, and that is you require knowledge of the basic summoning technique to summon them.
Advantages:
-Generally the structures have unique abilities, allowing a user to exploit those abilities without having to carry around say, a 50 meter tall rashomon on their back.
-The summonings occur nigh instantly, and last a good while before dispersing
-Summons do not generally die, they simply disperse and return to their original home after taking enough damage. This only applies to animal summons, and is the reason they are only able to be used once a match.
- Animal summons can also use freeform abilities along with jutsu, and can be extremely powerful when used as tai partners.
Drawbacks:
-They require usually large amounts of space, or a certain type of space, like a water source, to be summoned in.
-All summons do have a usage limit, all animals having a one time use limit.
-The summoning technique can be used a maximum of four times in one battle.
-The summoning technique requires you to draw blood and make handseals, both slowing down summon time.
Advanced Shape Manipulation:
These techniques are nearly exclusive to the rasengan and it's similar techniques. These attacks all require the user to use a large quantity of chakra to create constructs, which are generally used in melee offensive. An exception to the melee requirement are pure chakra beams. These constructs all take a solid form and require great chakra control to create.
Advantages:
-They are incredibly powerful, generally guaranteeing a win if you hit with it
-They require no handseals, as they rely on purely basic chakra manipulation
-They can occasionally be thrown, and are very often used with clones to create diversions.
-These techniques are generally used in CQC, allowing you to take advantage of a taijutsu using opponent.
-They ignore the weakness to elements which most raw chakra abilities have due to their incredible usage of shape manipulation.
Drawbacks:
-They require melee range most of the time
-A few seconds of time is needed to create the attack
-They are purely offensive, being useless as defensive abilities except in a direct technique clash
-They are very difficult to hit somebody with
That's all. And before you ask, I'd like to get the Advanced shape manipulation out of the way first.
The advantages of this method vary based on the techniques. In regard to the specific sub-categories where the advantages of the methods are similar to the techniques they're categorized in. Stealth techniques give the element of surprise, transformations allow for the element of surprise as well or give the ability to manipulate objects for alternative purposes. Clone techniques give extra comrades in battle, invisibility/camouflage fools enemy senses etc.
Disadvantages of Method
Again, the disadvantages very. For the sub-categories, in the event that you're fighting in a place with limited cover or cover that's easily rendered, stealth techniques become harder. As well they are weak to sensory type shinobi. Transformation techniques can be broken rather easily (seen through by sensors) or broken through hard enough impact. Clones are limited in their creation and are dispelled easily upon being impacted with moderate force. Invisibility techniques suffer a weakness against sensory types to a degree, and substitution techniques are limited in their usage in our RP.

To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on his hand, perform the Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram handseals and then touch the ground or another object, where a sealing formula will appear. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete, most summoning uses use a solid surface, though in some cases it can even be done mid air. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground. Others will clap their hands directly like Nagato through the use of his Animal Path. The user must have signed the contract with the creature he wants to summon but the technique can be used to summon a generic creature of that contract (B-Rank) which will have no special traits or abilities beyond those normal to the rest of the animals in the contract. Description:
The user draws blood and does the summoning handseals, slamming his hand on the ground. With one already boasting enormous defensive properties, with this technique the user summons five Rashōmon gates to block an incoming attack. The defence is quite formidable, and with five gates, the user is also able to change the trajectory of an incoming attack if they are proven unable to completely stop it. This technique can defend the user against any S-Rank technique but, due to its enormous scale, becomes hard to use in most situations because of the area one needs to summon the gates.

Description: Kanashibari no Jutsu is a simple Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an animal (or animals). With the target frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat. It can only be used against animal (summons or not) and works by forcefully using your chakra to restrain the summon physically by holding it in place. It can, however, be broken by outside means or brute force, making it less effective against bigger summons like boss summons or similar.

Description: Killing Intent pertains to the ability of the user giving off their pure killing intention and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power. The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.

The user will even take on the smell of the original. Unfortunately, the user does not copy the targets jutsu, leaving them with only their original skills. Practitioners of this jutsu are also skilled in quickly taking on the mannerisms of the original person and playing up the character traits of their target. Through a regular Henge in combination, they can copy the clothing of the opponent. Their appearance will eventually change back to their original form after several days.

Description: This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user after performing the Tiger hand seal to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert maneuvers but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. However, the usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills. The Second Tsuchikage, Mū's mastery of this technique helped earn him the moniker "Non-Person" seemingly having neither form nor chakra while the technique was active. Thus, he could not be sensed through traditional means.

Description:A technique that is used upon the user or another in order to block their memories, any sort of memories can be blocked as long as ample opportunity is upon the user. Such as the jutsu or their objectives. The user must press his palm against the opponents head while inserting his chakra onto his brain, forcefully altering his memories by creating a "block" to a given set of memories or memory.
Note:This justu can only be used twice per battle.The user must say what memories will be lost(only one category).
The weapon techniques are anything I haven't listed.

Description: Rasengan was a Ninjutsu technique developed over the span of three years by the Fourth Hokage, Namikaze Minato. The technique was taught to his sensei, Jiraiya, who then passed it on to Minato's young son, Naruto, years later. The technique is unlike many other jutsu in that it does not require any hand seals. It just relied on the ninja's ability to mold chakra. The ninja concentrates a contained, fast, rotating sphere of chakra in the palm of their hand, which can create a destructive impact.
I hand you a bucket full of softball-sized water balloons.
Take a water balloon from the bucket and hold it in the palm of your dominant hand. Don't squeeze the water balloon, or hold a tight grip on it. Let the balloon rest on your fingers. From your palm slowly release a constant stream of raw chakra into the water balloon. You are manipulating your chakra inside the balloon which in turn affects the water. Manipulate your chakra so as to make it spin inside the balloon. First, you will spin it in one direction. As you get the hang of it, spin the chakra in various directions. This is a lesson of chakra control. Once you get accustomed to spinning the chakra in multiple directions, without losing focus, the balloon will burst from all the sides at once. Remember, it shouldn't burst from only one side, meaning the force your chakra is applying is equal in all the places in the balloon.
Kirito grabs a water balloon. He focuses his chakra into his palm, as to mix it into the water inside of the balloon. Kirito then begins to lightly spin the chakra around counter-clockwise inside of the balloon in a horizontal direction. This causes the water to twist. Kirito then begins to spiral the same chakra in an omnidirectional fashion around the inside of the balloon. This causes the balloon to lump up, and eventually, burst. Kirito stares at his teacher with a smile on his face.
The balloon doesn't burst. Try again. You have to keep on adding chakra from different directions one by one, and balance the overall force throughout the balloon so that it bursts from all sides.
Kirito grabs another water balloon. He focuses his chakra into his palm, as to mix it into the water inside of the balloon. Kirito then begins to lightly spin the chakra around counter-clockwise inside of the balloon in a horizontal direction. This causes the water to spin around in the balloon at a fast speed, making the balloon look much like a disk. Kirito then adds a vertical counter clockwise chakra spiral into the balloon, causing it to look like a 3 dimensional X, or the outside structure of an atom. Kirito then adds a right diagonal and left diagonal direction to the spinning of the water. Finally, after the water spirals around in the balloon, each path of chakra intersecting, the balloon pops from all edges at the same time. Kirito then smiles at his teacher.
Okay, now grab a rubber sphere and hold it in your palm. This will be different then when you channeled your chakra into the water balloon. When you channeled your chakra into the water balloon, the water acted as a medium for your chakra flow, making the process easier, and it aided in the movement of your chakra. The water balloon was used in the last step in order to help increase the skill of your rotation.
The rubber sphere is filled with air, and being a gas, it won't aid your chakra rotation, as water being a liquid did it earlier. You have to master the chakra rotation, which is basically chakra control.
Now, flow your chakra into the rubber sphere and rotate your chakra in it. As your rotate your chakra continuously, add more while compressing it, which is a new step. You have to compress your chakra inside the rubber sphere, making sure that the chakra rotates from all directions applying even pressure on all sides of the rubber sphere's membrane. Since the membrane is quite thicker than the water balloon's membrane, you have to make your chakra thicker/denser to make it burst. Simply said, in this step, you're compressing your chakra, along with rotation, and making it denser, thereby generating a legit amount of force to tear through the rubber sphere. This step is harder than the previous and requires much more control and concentration.
Kirito grabs the rubber ball. He then focuses on the palm of his hand, touching the rubber ball. Slowly, Kirito focuses his chakra into the ball, filling it's usually oxygen carrying space with a somewhat blue-ish substance. As it flows in, Kirito concentrates on rotating the chakra clockwise in a single direction. However, this time, he continues pouring chakra in, causing the power of the single rotation to be greater, causing pressure to be pressed onto the insides of the ball. As he pours more and more chakra in, the ball horizontally stretches, and Kirito's hand begins to burn. He continues pushing however, and suddenly......
