Shunsui Kyōraku is a tall man with grey eyes and long wavy brown hair . His hair is tied in a long ponytail and has long bangs that frame the left side of his face. He wears a straw hat (called a sakkat) and a pink, flowered ladies kimono, which he drapes across his shoulders and over his captain's uniform. Although his haori and obi sash are cheap, his pin-wheel hairpins are very expensive. He does not wear tabi with his sandals. He has thin facial hair around his mouth and on his cheeks.
Shunsui likes wearing just boxers on his spare time. It reminds him of the old days when he used to be a pimp and all the ladies fell for him. He also likes taking care of his long beautiful hair that the ladies love. He exercises a lot so he can stay looking good even though of his age.
He also carries around a pack of condoms just in case he has to get his freak on.
When it's time to battle, he wears a necklace with a picture of his family around his neck. This necklace is to give him good luck in battle and to remind him that he fights to live another day for his family.
Personality:
Kyoraku is a very carm and collective guy. He likes being by himself but cares about people. He is a very hard working young man and loves proving his loyalty to his village. Kyoraku loves relaxing under trees and reading books while enjoying nature. Kyoraku is very respectful to his superiors mainly because his parents were always strict.
On his spare time, Kyoraku loves training and sparring with other to improve his skills. He always show great determination when it comes to his training. Kyoraku has a side of him that very few knows of. He loves partying and getting drunk. He has a *** problem, often stalking women even though they all love him and would like to do weird stuff with him because of his bad-boy attitude. Kyoraku personality changes drastically when he is drunk, it's like a beast if released when he's drunk. In certain situations, Kyoraku personality changes, when he is in a battle, it's like he loses all his emotions and has a killing intent most of the time. This was caused by the number of murders Kyoraku witnessed as a child and during war.

History:
Kyoraku was born during in Konoha during an attack by rouge ninjas. The Hyuga clan fought of the rouge ninjas but soon after being brought into this world, Kyoraku mother was killed. Kyoraku was took by his father and hid with his grandparents in a safe house. Kyoraku father went out to help the other Hyugas fight of the rouge ninjas. Kyoraku father passed away during battle. Kyoraku was left in care of his grandparents and he would live his life without parents. Kyoraku had the Byakugan like all Hyugas. It was his clans trade mark.
As Kyoraku grew older, his grandparents taught him how to use the Byakugan. Kyoraku showed great skills with it and his grandparents was very proud of him believeing one day, he will be the head of the clan. Kyoraku continued training and working on his skills with the Byakugan. Kyoraku and his grandparents went on a trip to see a grand festival. On their way back, they were attacked by a group of men. Kyoraku grandparents was murdured, but before the death of his grandfather, he cleared a path for Kyoraku to escape. Kyoraku escaped and returned to the village. He told the superiors about what happened but they couldn't do anything about it. Kyoraku was angered by the fact that he couldn't do anything to protect his grandparents. He made it his goal to bring peace to the world no matter what. He will work hard and use his parents and grandparents Will of fire to persue his dreams.

Being born into the Hyuuga clan, Kyoraku has great knowledge of the chakra pathway and how to control his cakra. His skills with chakra manipulation is very high and this helps him greatly in executing powerful jutsus and using the clans special fighting style Jyuken.
Byakugan
Being born into the Hyuuga clan, Kyoraku has the all seeing eye Byakugan. Kyoraku trained very hard over the years with his great eyes learning how to use all its abilities to full extent.

Kyoraku is a determined young man. He believes in never giving up and fighting to the very last second in every battle. This will power helps Kyoraku in battle. Injuries won't stop him from fighting nor will pain. His determination to become the best shinobi drives him on in battle.
Futon
Kyoraku has trained hard over the years. Futon was the first element he mastered and he continues growing his skills in it. He started to make his own futon jutsus and because of his mastery with it, he can use most jutsus with one handseal. His skills in futon will someday be known by the entire ninja world.
Katon
Kyoraku has great skills with katon. He is able to use high level katon jutsus with ease. He executes his jutsus with 100 percent power without messing up in the process.
Sword
Kyoraku carries a twin sword on his back. He got this sword at the age of 10 and he kept training with it. He uses it in every battle.
