Royal Guards had even greater hype and they were no match for the revived Elite stern ritter who are easily weaker than Jugram who's 2nd in command.

How when Shunsui said the 5 of them could solo the Gotei 13? That's himself included with Jushiro plus the other captains.

Yea dont forget Yama said thoes two together are stronger than anyone that came before them in the gotei 13 an ever sense...if they team up on jugram they should tie or win.

Jugram is not apart of the Goti 13. Considering how easily he cut Ichigo Bankai down Jushiro who was one shotted by that fodder hollow kid gets the same treatment. Shunsui gets raped as well if we go by feats.

Wasn't ichigo already beat up by Bach? An before that used up quite his power trying to brake free of that cage?
He was one shotted by an opponent that was not his primary target nor was he useing bankai,we all know ww has nothing on ukitake...an no kyoraku does not get raped..an they are fighting together jugram is no beating them easily if Yama could not really do so.
Yea kyoraku said all of them together are stronger than the gotei 13,he never said that one if them alone can take on him an ukitake an win.
I thought we were talking about hype. besides that kubo has a terrible sense of power scaling. One minute someone can barely handle an opponent and the next they solo an opponent who should be stronger than the original. Remember when kyoraku faced off against Hascwalt. And Shunsui brought it to a standstill with just nanao. Combine him with Ukitake and they are an extremely powerful duo. Kyorakus bankai will probably be OP as all hell. I think the teamwork hype of shunsui and ukitake is bigger than the hype of the royal guard who wewre introduced only 100 chapters ago. Considering the time we have been waiting for Shunsuis bankai reveal, i think his hype is greater than just saying that 5 guys can beat gotei 13.

I also wanna point out that it is unlikely that any of the RR used shikai vs the elites, let alone bankai. We saw Tenjiro release against Weizol but Weizols ability negates attack like that so it was not a good show of tenjiros strength. Not only that but Oetsu was caught of guard by the resurrection of x-axis so he got defeated pretty quick. The first shot already beat him as we can see he couldnt even move after it but tenjiro and hikifune were fast enough to try and block the second. if Oestu coulda moved he probs coulda dodged it as well. And then it was a 3v4 and lost withut using shikai. Ukitake/Shunsui vs Jugram will be a 2v1 with bankai and ukitake at presumably full power so the outcome might be different. It will be a high diff fight either way but I think the 2 will at least accomplish their objective in the fight (taking him out of the fight but not beating him etc) The royal guard being defeated doesnt mean much because if they>gotei 13 and Elites>RG then Jugram>Gotei 13 so why did YH even need his main force. Calling the elites or even jugram>all gotei 13 is kinda absurd. I think applying that statement here is kinda bs because yama was part of gotei 13 and he was able to beat YH at one point, yet all of 4/5 RG couldnt beat the elites, point being RG wasnt using full strength.
