this is just a theory..i dont guarantee that there will be no flaws in this but sure this is interesting..
Shunsin No Jutsu - Literally "Body Flicker" Technique..This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short-long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported.The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.
The Body Flicker technique has various variations among the different hidden villages, all of which involve some extra element aside from the movement itself. The extra element is usually some sort of substance used to distract the opponent, such as leaves or sand. Mostly like Sand,Mist,Leaf,Water Body Flicker.
Now for my theory..
Shunsin No Jutsu can be highly trained and making it advanced to a space/time jutsu.
Best example is the Flying Thunder God technique..this technique allows the user to move over large distances with ultra-high speed. Although it is often compared with the Body Flicker Technique, the speed of this jutsu is much greater and the principle behind the Flying Thunder God is similar to the Summoning Technique. it uses seals so a person can instanly travel in that location. (read again "Although it is often compared with the Body Flicker Technique")
Example of it being compared to Shunsin No Jutsu :
If you read the whole naruto chapter 240..minato is using seals to get in a certain location..i can say that minato has made his body flicker more advanced..thats why people called him a very talented ninja-having.
( Yet it we can also refer that minato was using reverse summoning technique..mostly what he will do is that the seals that he leaves in the kunais or in the places that he touches..its a seal for summong and he is summoning his self into that location..Reverse Kuchiyose ( Reverse Summoning ) Literally Summoning a summoner ).
Another Example is that..Uchihas are very talented in Shunsin No Jutsu..
Take a look at Sasuke..We can see that Yamato and sasuke are shocked by the fast movement of Sasuke..Yamato quoted He's Fast..Sakura quoted When Did He?
Here you see tobi observing the shunsin no jutsu of sasuke after being slashed..
another reason for Uchihas being great in shunsin no jutsu..is no other than Shisui of the body flicker ( shunsin no shisui ) he was quoted as one of the most talented in the uchiha clan..heck if he was not talented why does people refer to him as shisui of the body flicker..maybe shisui manage to make his own Body Flicker more advanced..yet we still dont know what does it look like.
thats all i can say for now..but i have a continuation of this theory..all connecting to Shisui Uchiha..such as his skill and the meaning of his name
Shisui = Stagnant Water or Still Water..Hmm..Stagnant Water..saying this maybe got you thinking this is far fetched but..isn't it that kirigakure (Hidden Village of the mist : Located At Land Of Water : Mizukage) is well known for its dirty ritual..Students wishing to move on into the ranks of the ninja there would be pitted against each other in one-on-one duels to the death - thus earning the village the nickname, "Village of the Bloody Mist"..this ritual seems stagnant to me..anyway ill be leaving this for you at the moment..ill be making a theory of it..better wait and see
