Super flawed. Black Zetsu does not state that her chakra reserves are low, he says that they need to prepare more chakra. Funny enough Kaguya uses her Rinnegan, and then combats against Sasuke's PS before moving downwards to get blitzed by Naruto. None of which did she show any sign of fatigue towards the same scan of Naruto/Sasuke you posted before. Not even going to mention the later chapters in which she continues to fight with her imaginary low reserves.

Why else would you need to prepare more chakra? Her bones were crumbling. That's evidence of her chakra levels being low.

You do realize that none of your points matter when she finished with Sasuke and had a few seconds left? Naruto even calls BZ out which than later brings Kaguya into the mix. Saying this or that does not really affect anything when Kaguya has bar senses being the Juubi Jin host, and the creator of all chakra (by eating the fruit).
