Hijikata in sig.
*While exploring through the plains, Hijikata then gets distracted as he sees a man about 7-8 meters away from him. By looking at his face, he wanted to battle me. So, Hijikata comes close to see a familiar face. He then realizes that the man over there was his Sempai, the one who taught him Katon. He then smiles while channeling chakra into my mouth while compressing the chakra into Katon Affinity. I then inhale and exhale, releasing a huge stream of intense fire to come to you, burning up anything in it's path.

*Watching my opponent approach me, I recognized him as a former student of mine. I couldn't be more lucky to test my student's strength myself. His first move was to spew an enormous stream of fire at me, one of the last jutsu i taught him. As it came my way i gathered suiton chakra in my body and covered it into water that i expelled from my mouth as a large barricade to completely douse the fire. Then i run around to your right while forming three handseals to form a vortex from the water i've created that heads strait at you from my original position as i toss 8 shuriken at you. With this you'll have attacks coming from two directions.*

*As i see the man release a huge water wall that completely destroys my attack, i then spot you running to my right, releasing a vortex of water and 8 shurikens. With no time waisting, I quickly channel my chakra into my mouth as i grab an explosive kunai out of my pocket and throwing it to the shurikens, stopping both of our attacks. I then compress my chakra as i release a huge gust of wind, that knocks down our attacks. I then leap to Long-Range for Safety reasons.
*when you launch your wind blast to counter my attack and jump back i form three more handseals and materialize a large horizontal pillar of flame on my right side that i leave hovering next to me as a shield from the wind explosion nearby. I then begin gliding across the ground on my way to you with jets speeding up my approach. Once i'm back in mid-range i launch several nets of webbing to trap you in their unbreakable hold.*

Description: This jutsu gets its basis from the technique a shinobi uses to walk across the surface of water. To perform it the user must emit a constant stream of chakra from the bottom of his feet which will make him hover just above the surface of the ground. The user then proceeds to emit stronger chakra streams from any side of his feet to act as a propellant and allow the user to seemingly skate across the ground. This can be done without moving but the user can gain speed faster by moving his body in a similar fashion to an ice skater. While on a level surface, the user can reach sprinting speed in 8 seconds if only propelled by chakra. Of course, this technique works on water as well.
-Lasts up to 5 turns

*As i kneel in Mid-Range, i then see you move back as he release a pillar of fire that rotates around you to form a shield like pillar. I then look at you slowly as you glide to Mid-Range. While thinking of what he will do now, he then releases several webs coming to me with great speed. Alerted, I quickly unsheath my blade as i channel chakra into my katana as i swing my sword, releasing a gust of wind that causes the webs to come back to you and land on the ground.
*As you block my nets with a wind gust i start controlling my fire arm and by throwing a punch in your direction, the arm mimics my movements and is launched strait at you. The fire arm burns through the wind and nets on its way to you and during that i toss 12 shuriken into the air that i control using wind gusts. These shuriken surround you and stab you from multiple directions*
