Sorry but that doesnt disprove the fact that sasuke gained susanoo and tsukuyomi from Itachi. If it said that only ama could be transferred then that would make sense but theres no contradiction between the manga/databook so that means that both of those statements are right.
The reason the databook never specified Itachi as the one who holds all of those abilities is because he was the only person at the time to even have susanoo. It would be pointless to specify that the jutsus are his alone....The proof is in the name of the caster, which is just Itachi, If it was Itachi/sasuke that would be different but It isnt...Its itachi's and itachi's alone (according to the databook)
But sense we now know of three what makes susanoo different now. Each Susanoo have the same yet different abilities as well. but why would the requirements for the technique be different saying they different (refering to the requirements) are false until proven otherwise. by the third databook and the current information we have as of RIGHT now. the requirements are the same. but i know its not related but i enjoy talking to you

The databook is outdated as of now, however only Itachi and sasuke have been shown to have the ability to cast ama/tsukuyomi. Madara had plenty of times to use it during the kage's fight and even naruto's fight. There's absolutely no excuse why madara didnt use tsukuyomi here...

First, the databook stated that Susanoo requires Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi.
Sasuke does indeed have them both, but his version is weaker than Itachi's since he is less genjutsu oriented. I don't remember Sasuke being specially adept in genjutsu prior to awakening the MS, he was always the brute force kinda guy unlike his peaceful brother. That's why his Tsukuyomi is weaker than Itachi's, but his usage of Amaterasu is far more advanced. For those saying Sasuke's genjutsu can't be Tsukuyomi because it's weak, the difference comes from different levels of genjutsu prowess and different personalities/fighting styles. Any other jutsu's power varies from user to user too.

Until itachi was brought back people assumed he only had ama/tsuku/sanoo but he had one more that being said the absense of evidence is not the evidence of absence

I agree but in the scan i provided there was a perfect chance for kishi to showcase madara's genjutsu prowess, and i would say its pretty clear that madara cant use tsukuyomi, given just that panel. because as i said there was no excuse for madara to whip out another genjutsu when tsukuyomi would've been more convenient/effective, he could've killed A right there
I agree but in the scan i provided there was a perfect chance for kishi to showcase madara's genjutsu prowess, and i would say its pretty clear that madara cant use tsukuyomi, given just that panel. because as i said there was no excuse for madara to whip out another genjutsu when tsukuyomi would've been more convenient/effective, he could've killed A right there
tsukuyomi would have been the most effective way of killing A at that exact moment, hell even ama would've been a good choice
