Shouldnt have Sasuke awakened his MS as a child?

He awoke it chasing itachi out of the village he threw a shuriken at itachi knocking off his forhead protecter

Itachi picks up his head band puts it back on then turns around crying he looks at sasuke then we see a panel of sasuke with one tomoe sharigan in each eye.

To awaken MS, one must first awaken the normal sharingan. The steps can't be skipped. Sasuke awakened the standard sharingan after witnessing the death of his family, he needed something else(itachi's death) to get MS

But Obito went from 2 tomoe sharingan to 3 tomoe and MS when he saw Rin die.

OP Technically he should but with MS he would have been to OP for the genin and most in part 1 and would be blind

obito still had to awaken standard sharinegan first, he didn't go from base to MS

Sasuke did awake MS but it was still dormant like it currently is within Sarada, his body had to grow strong enough to control chakra of Curse Mark's potency before unlocking it. Sarada will unlock EMS before Boruto hits puberty.

No. He reawakened it when fighting Haku. He awakened it on the night of the massacre, but he then fainted and did not remember that he awakened it when he woke up. That is why it had to be reawakened.
