Shouldnt have Sasuke awakened his MS as a child or atleast his sharingan at all? Since Uchiha's eyes evolve through dramatic experiences; Sasuke's whole family(clan) was murdered. He did see their dead bodys; Itachi used Tsukuyomi to show Sasuke all of it happen. Seeing your whole clan being killed should awaken atleast an early stage Sharingan.

To awaken MS, one must first awaken the normal sharingan. The steps can't be skipped. Sasuke awakened the standard sharingan after witnessing the death of his family, he needed something else(itachi's death) to get MS

If anything he would have unlocked ms if he chose to kill naruto after there first fight
