Should there be a sword that can copy all other swords?

Guys, do u think theyre should be a sword tha can copy te abilities of all other swords?
I think no Becuz that would make it too powerful and not fair.

No like, for example u have a sword tha can take the shape an abilities of all swords.
U have it and then u copy my sword which can cut through anything and u now have that.

if a sword can copy other sword that basically subtracts from the rarity and the practical use of other swords and their effects... although yes it presents a stalemate because if each sword is the same neither is going to beat the other ... but that is like having a jutsu that stops their jutsus every time.

Okay, first of all rare and powerful are two different things.
Rare is hard to find or get.
Powerful is really strong.
Overpowered is having too much power.
My sword is rare and powerful but not overpowered,
The sword u wanna get is rare and overpowered. How come u cant just give it a different power?
