Should the teaching of unique abilities/jutsus be limited?

Also there should be a limit on who can teach sealing jutsu.

I've noticed that a lot of people are "trying" to use those jutsu and are doing so incredible wrong.

I'm getting tired of people using jutus incorrectly, and hiding behind the pretext "oh well.i was taught that way".... it gets me soo upset and causes pointless agruements in during a battle

(i've pointed out sealing, but there are several other jutsu that are over used and taught incorrectly)

I like seeing originality and creativity in battles and unfortunately i don't, right now. Most people use powerful jutsus and they don't even make combinations of them.
Yes, there should be some limits, but since taking away what the fighters here have at the moment is not fair at all, my suggestion is a thread/subforum to be created where we will post there special jutsus and abilities like for example "Sage Mode" or MS or Sealing etc.
We will mention there who is able to teach this technique and we will tell him/her that he will teach it to only 2 or 3 students. Then the students of this sensei will be able to teach it to 2 or 3 people again.
This way not everyone will use the same techniques plus that will eliminate the overpowereness of some people.
Also some things will remain special.

I totally agree! There are some people with like 1000 posts who can use every single sharingan technique. Note that not every Uchiha has the ability to reach Mangekyo Sharingan, but that's how it seems here right now. Only those who are 1 in 1000 should be able to use it or something. I guess it would be those that the official teachers of that particular technqiue find worthy enough for it...=/

ok, first of all this is just a suggestion and my opinion, but i think because so many people are learning/know things like KGs, summons, rain jutsu and sage arts (just examples) they are no longer cool or powerful as they've lost their uniqueness. Before you attack me im not suggesting these things are taken away from anyone, but perhaps we could limit the number of people that senseis can teach these things to, for example, 3 people (of the senseis choosing) a month (this is just a random figure and is up for negotiation). Eventually this would decrease the amount of people that know these things and make them unique and awesome again.

(yes, i know that only 4 people know sage arts but i think its one of the things that should be limited)

And about there own i believe that Ppl should come up with ther own custom summon there are numerous animals... Itll be like when new people join that come up with there own animal summon. Idk it just seems better than everyone summoning Gamabunta..

Sometimes I wonder if we should restart the RP in general and have a fresh go at it with an academy or something. You have some good points.

Edit: Lgray, you bring up a great point there. I saw two people in the same match once trying to summon Gamabunta.
