Should the teaching of unique abilities/jutsus be limited?

ok, first of all this is just a suggestion and my opinion, but i think because so many people are learning/know things like KGs, summons, rain jutsu and sage arts (just examples) they are no longer cool or powerful as they've lost their uniqueness. Before you attack me im not suggesting these things are taken away from anyone, but perhaps we could limit the number of people that senseis can teach these things to, for example, 3 people (of the senseis choosing) a month (this is just a random figure and is up for negotiation). Eventually this would decrease the amount of people that know these things and make them unique and awesome again.

No flaming or spamming (if you do i'll do naughty things to you)

(yes, i know that only 4 people know sage arts but i think its one of the things that should be limited)

Naruto.. Only teaches 3 students the sage arts. And i think thats a great way to do it.

but the thing is even though u limit things to that extent.. there will be people that would want something stronger but no one is willing to teach them..

Im not sure on this i can't really vote,because i have learnt how to summon gamabunta.This would have a knock on effect due to taking the fun outve the fighting for some people as they just want to fight (and certain people want to have sharingan,byakugan etc..because its their favourite blah blah) me i chose not to have a kg personally to be different. I believe by doing this you would have to have a set amount of people who could teach sharingan etc...(making more problems with the amount of sensei's/senpai's we have and are having a problem with atm)Less people to train noobies and more moaning about wanting to be trained etc(more spam threads) and lots of noobies moaning about not being able to have them.I hope you understand what I mean by this as not all sensei's/senpai's are on all the time and if you limit the amount of people that can teach it etc... it could become worse when it comes to training/battling.But this is just my opinion U_U

It makes sense because in the manga you wouldn't see as many KG/Sage Arts users and it is actually upto the Sensei whom he/she picks to teach. So I vote for yes.

i understand what you mean but (check this with mods) i think you already know sharingan if its your kg, and my point is gamabunta is cool, but not if everyone knows how to summon him. And we wouldnt need more senseis cause then the same amount of ppl would be learning the stuff

What about the techniques of the sharingan?I know wot you mean by the summons,this means more people would have to make up their own causing more requests for customs etc...another knock on effect i know wot your getting at i think we should set up some sort of clan system uchiha etc...and have someone in charge of that clan and then go from there with the deligating like you said of the sharingan etc...can only learn certain summons from certain people. BiBi told me you dont need to learn the jutsus of your kg, you already get them
