Should the Juubi talk

I don't actually think it could talk. But now when Juubi's all different parts could talk this should eventually make Juubi be enabled to talk because chakra contains memories, so it should have learned talking their language from the other Bijuus.

So yes, why not.

The ten tails itself shouldn't be able to talk.Consiously or subconsciously. I believe that the only reason that the bijuu were able to talk is because the sage used to creation powers to give them personality after the divided them from the juubi. But if they were to return to their original state(the juubi) then they would lose this personality until a new person were to devise the juubi again.
