Ofc he has. He mastered Senjutsu Chakra gathering which is the last step needed to enter Sage Mode. Orochimaru simply needed a stronger body.

Just so you know, the databook pretty much confirms that Oro has Dragon Sage Mode. I might make a thread about it.
