I'd rather have that happen and there be a 3rd series. Evil Tobi could still be a character, Sasuke gets the Mangekyō later, Orochimaru and Kabuto resolved in different ways, maybe Danzō stages a coup d'état, etc.
it would have been better than the current clusterf*ck in my opinion.

i think after shippuden they should still make another series like akkupuden when you have this much people in love with a series why stop it since so many of us want akkupuden

Btw, thanks for reading the entire thread, unlike most idiots on this forum you actually read threads istead of commenting the title. And i agree, a pause between series two and three would have been good for the manga i think.
