Should I buy it?

I can get both parts of season of Attack on Titan for $50 on Amazon. I feel like that's a pretty good deal, but is it worth it to buy it now? In another year, there's going to be more made. And I'm sure that they're going to make a package that contains both parts, or the whole first season, in one box (that's not how it is now). So should I wait and buy it after it's completely finished or at least consolidated, or should I buy it now?

Edit: Please don't ask me why I want to buy it physically on DVD. If you don't have a collection, you wouldn't know.

I wouldn't simply because you're only buying one season separated in parts. It's not two seasons because there aren't two seasons.

They will most likely release a full first season where it's all in one box. I'd get that it'll probably run for like $45 as well.

I would buy it just to have it. I like to own the anime I've seen, for whatever reason. I've got like 31 right now.

Well, I got a negative bias towards AOT. I wouldn't say it's worth it, even bias aside. If you REALLY want to buy it, go purchase it once season 2 starts.
