I want to Learn Raiton because it Fits for my Personality.
Shocking and Sharp.
Also Because i Love the power it gives.
As it allows you to Use Both Linear attacks and Area Attacks.
I Like Jutsu's Such as chidori and Kirin.
They are badass as they Are awesome.
I also Have a Few People that got me to like raiton.
As in,Ay,His Lightning armor is badass.
Also his Lightning Bolter.
And Ofcourse,Uchiha sasuke,As He Showed many Jutsu.
And the Most epic Jutsu,Kirin.

Lightning release is one of the five basic elemental nature transformation techniques that allows the user to generate lightning by increasing the high frequency vibrations of their chakra, allowing for piercing damage and fast movement. The electricity paralyses the target so that they are unable to move and leave them vulnerable to a finishing strike. While uncommon, lightning can be infused into bladed weapons in a way similar to Wind Release through chakra flow for increased piercing power through vibrations, with the added effect of inducing numbness. When the technique is released from their bodies, and thus not requiring physical contact, it does not move as fast as true lightning. Instead, due to the control the user has to exert over it, it moves far slower, which can give opponents time to still react.
Lightning release is :
* strong against earth because it can easily travel through and break the ground apart
* weak against wind because it is a natural electrical insulator. lightning can potentially surpass the penetrative force of wind by increasing the former's vibration frequency high enough.
* Lightning also has a unique relation with water, since water conducts electricity. This means that a Water Release technique can be used to increase the damage of a Lightning Release technique and vice versa.Though this also means that if one's opponent still has a physical connection with the water, either a pre-existing source or one created with their own chakra, then they can be paralysed via their own technique.
* Lightning is much more powerful when it utilises natural lightning, a powerful Fire Release technique shot into the sky can produce thunderclouds in preparation for this,Just like sasuke did when he faught itachi.

(Changing To Death in sig,Aka Mark)
As I Grab the baloon using my right arm
I start Molding Chakra from everywhere around my Body.
I Gather it at my Right Arm's Skin.
As I turn the Molded Chakra into Lightning Chakra.
A Small Buzzing is Heared.
As i release the Chakra Into the balloon.
In a Slow pace.
Getting up a Frequancy.
I Keep maintaining this for a Minute
As my Right Arm hairs Start to Stand Up.
as I Hold the Balloon,I Turn around my hand(Hand Palm is Facing the Ground)
As the balloon Sticks to my hand,I Start Moving it,Diagonal,Horizontal,Verticle Etc.

in general, to counter D rank raiton you need at least E rank Wind, C rank Earth, D rank elements that are neutral to lightning, like water and fire, however many fire techniques won't work. But since it's a visible surge of lightning approaching you, you could either go up into the air, create a wind wall infront of you, blocking the lightning that rages through the ground, or a C rank doton technique. there are many possibilities.

About the first technique, I wouldn't really use hiding like a mole,it's pretty risky. Wind would be better
And about the last technique, something like "raikage's version is stronger" wouldn't really be counted as a disadvantage. And it's also pretty risky to play with water while that technique is activated.

It will begin glowing in a pale yellow before releasing bolts of lightning in the shape of a horn that spread outwards, allowing it to attack multiple targets. |
Raise your hand in front of you and channel raiton chakra into it until it starts to glow. Then release a lightning bolt in the shape of a horn, that spreads outwards, hitting 2 of my clones, standing next to each other.
( Raiton: Inazuma ken Fudou ) - Lightning Release: Lightning Blades Levitation Rank: C Type: Offensive Range: Short – Mid Chakra cost: 15 (-5 per turn) Damage points: 30 Description: The user will channel their lightning chakra into their sword to increase its cutting capabilities, and then levitate it in front of them. They will then multiply the sword creating two extra physical copies which are then all manipulated to spin rapidly and are controlled to fly towards and cut through the opponent/s through hand gestures. While controlling the weapons, the user cannot mold chakra for other techniques and needs to keep focus. |
Channel your lightning chakra into your sword and increase its cutting power. Then levitate it in front of you and multiply the sword, creating 2 extra copies, so there'd be 3 swords in total. Cause them to spin rapidly and while controlling them, use hand gestures to cut through my clone.

I run towards a nearby cliff.
Dragging your your clone and throwing him below it.
I Mold my Chakra.
I use nature Transformation to change its affinity to Raiton.
As i form the Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped together Handseals.
My Chakra Leaves my Body and Causes the Cliff to Dislodge.
As the Stone Gets Shocked by lightning the rocks fall down on your clone. - How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc):
