Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

Another known jutsu by all which was used by sasuke. The user will send non-focused lightning chakra through the entire body first and release it towards the opponent, depending on how you release it makes the difference of how this technique works. If you use the ground as a medium it will begin to crack through the ground and race towards the opponent in attempt to paralyze them, not kill though but its numbing ability is very strong. When channeled short range it covers the whole radius of short range so it is great to use in close range battle to push an opponent back or combine with taijutsu attack, if you send it at a opponent from mid-range it travels straight as a projectile on the ground or anything that can conduct lightning. You can also channel it through metal giving it a shocking potent ability to the metal which can cut better and numb the opponent if hit with it, this is a much more powerful method with the nagashi but their are other techniques similar to this ability. Despite it not having much damage to an opponent it can still cut through many tough material like rock and wood. Now having the benefit of specilizing lightning is if you are ever struck by the nagashi you will not be paralyzed but you can still feel the pain which might make you lose some balance or hesitate but nothing more. Simple ways to counter this technique is to manipulate the ground if it is channeled you can lower it so the medium becomes longer in range so it will disperse before it touches you. Others counters are quite obivous.

Description: After performing a small sequence of hand seals the user will place their hand on the ground converting their chakra in to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the enemy. The shape of the bolt is a triangular with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

After a small set of hand seals the user will place their hands on the ground and send a electrical surge through the ground cracking and tearing it through. It cuts through the ground all the way towards an enemy. The shape of bolt is triangular. The base will be in the direction of the user, while the tip towards the enemy. Now its a very powerful technique able to easily destroy the ground and tear through many dense material like wood and earth. A huge downside is it moves quite slow since it takes up a shape of a triangle. The bolt will easily be heard when ripping through the ground, its also straightforward since you know the tip will attack the opponent, lastly you must keep your hand on the ground until the tip hits the opponent for if you don't it will disperse making it a streaming technique. When it does the opponent will be seriously wounded and down due to the destructive shock. Simple ways to counter is something similar to the nagashi by manipulating the ground to lower or higher the medium will be longer. The range goes only mid range in length.

Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon which are shot with a simple hand movement towards the target. The senbons are extremely precise and have the same numbing and paralyzing effects as Chidori, carrying enormous speed. Because the technique requires no handseals and is done with simple hand movements, its extremely hard to avoid while in short range and quite dangerous to counter due to the precision attacks it can be used to perform.

Its fairly simple but nice, with one hand seal the user will gather their raiton chakra into their hands and condense it creating the chidori. They will then raise the chidori high and release its energy which in turn release multiple needles which can pierce through an opponent and paralyze that area hit.This is a great distracting technique since it fires from all over the place it would be very tough on an opponent to dodge them and blocking is just as tough since their is a constant fire of them being released. Its fast and easy to perform. A downside is you must keep focused on the chidori to contently send the senbons towards the opponents area. So I recommend creating a clone, if you have the training of course to send a straight attack to hurt the opponent. Note you are also a target for water jutsus, so expect the opponent to use a water jutsu on you for if the palm with the chidori is wet the lightning will go crazy and shock your entire arm or body depending on just how much water is used.

Perform the technique: Focusing my Raiton chakra throughout my body I began pooling it in my arms and legs. Then, stepping onto a small pond I released the chakra in an unfocused blast, omnidirectional and being conducted by the water it raced from my position outwards with great speed. A few seconds later a variety of fish floated to the surface, paralyzed.

Creative uses/strengths:

• Good for turning terrain to your favor
• Can be channelled through weapons
• Doesn't require hand seals

Drawbacks/counters:

• Can be easily seen and anticipated
• Doesn't do any actual damage except numbing

(Raiton: Ikazuchi Hakai) – Lightning Release: Lightning Destruction

Perform the technique: Forming a few hand seals I slammed my hand on the ground and sent a surge of Raiton chakra through it. The massive amount of electricity took some time to form as it took the shape of a triangle, with its flat side to me and the pointy side towards the training dummy. After keeping my hand in contact with the ground the dummy was eventually electrocuted.

Creative uses/strengths:

• Can be devastating enough to destroy terrain
• Can be used against high ranking Doton and Mokuton techniques
• Must can be used against multiple enemies

Drawbacks/counters:

• Requires hand seals
• Doesn't move as fast as the other surge techniques such as Nagashi
• Requires contact with the ground throughout activation

(Raiton: Chidori Senbon) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Needle

Perform the technique: With a single hand seal I focused the infamous chidori in my right hand. Then, raising the chidori to almost forehead height I released the stored energy into a barrage of tiny needles that were alarmingly fast- and accurate. Within seconds the training dummy was torn to burnt shreds.

Creative uses/strengths:

• Can be used to distract and paralyze opponents
• With its great speed it could prove lethal in close quarters
• Precise enough to aim for ultra specific areas which could be a pickle to defend against

• Susceptible to Suiton techniques
• Requires focus with the hand being used, meaning no two handed seals throughout the technique

Description: The user concentrates a lot of lightning chakra into their hand, compressing it into a ball of lightning energy. The user can then hurl it at the enemy or trust it forward in a melee attack. Once the ball hits the target, it expands into a massive lightning explosion.

Very simple technique. The user will gather lightning chakra in their favorited hand and condense while molding it all in one ball of lightning. The user will then release its energy towards the opponent causing a explosion around them, which can shock the opponent and push them back with some force. Now you can send it from mid range by throwing it at the opponent and as it makes its way have the explosion occur, that is the projectile based attack and simple ways to counter include trying to overpower it. The other method is by thrusting it towards the opponent as a melee attack which can explode on the opponents body. It is a much more dangerous technique because you have to get close to the opponent and you will be open for water attacks.

Description: After performing the needed hand seals Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger the user will create a even more powerful version of Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind. Using this technique, the user creates sixteen giant pillars by using his lightning chakra to shape the ground into a multitude of pillars, which then form a giant cubic oven to trap the enemy. It is often used after Earth Release: Mud Fall to cover the enemy target in mud and then follow up with using Fire release: Firing Biscuit, creating flames in the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.

Funny technique since it does not generate any lightning whatsoever but it can work with combos and is very large. The user will have 16 pillars rise around the opponent after performing 3 hand seals which wrap around to create a box almost to trap anything within it. Its large enough to trap a summon or many opponents all in once so it can help with combo attacks or trapping plans. The bind has a small box which you can send techniques in to finish an opponent off. The pillars are made of earth with that being said wind can slice it through very easily or use a lightning jutsu to destroy it. If you are ever caught in the box you can evade from under the box. The pillar creates a huge box which covers a very long range so it can be used anywhere. Simple to say it does take some time for it to fully rise around the opponent making a time window you can use to evade the pillars. I recommend while you use it for yourself try to distract the opponent while raising it but you will need to remain focus. So having a ally to help will be best.

Description: The user increases the range of their Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 10 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict. Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb its target upon contact but unlike others, seems to focus more on having a cutting power, like a katana, than a piercing one. Because of its cutting abilities, it often seems to manifest a certain "solidity"; a tangible aspect.

The user will form a chidori which he then thrusts it releasing it forward to summon a spear to erect out of the chidori. The spear is very useful to keep a distance away from an opponent as well as combo with attacks in close range by distracting them with the spear and then get in close, it also acts as a normal chidori which on contact will numb the area of the opponent if caught. You can wield the spear with great ease so you can aim it however you want, it can cut through the most solid materials as well. Its great to use to finish an opponent off, and the spear when release forward is actually quite quick so it can be used to decive an opponent. The spears also after piercing an opponent can release more spears at the tip to completely destroy the opponent from the inside.

Perform the technique: Focusing Raiton chakra in my hand I honed its shape into an orb before releasing it into the physical world as lightninig. Allowing it to keep the orb shape it engulfed my entire right palm, I then thrusted it forward- tearing the head off a nearby dummy with sheer electric explosive power.

Creative uses/strengths:

• Doesn't required hand seals
• Can be thrown
• Excellent for close ranged CQC fights

Drawbacks/counters:

• Water attacks can render the user at risk
• Can be seen and dodged quite efficiently due to its bodacious appearance

(Raiton: Jūrokuchū Shibari) – Lightning Release: Sixteen-Pillar Bind

Perform the technique: After performing the required hand seals Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger I slammed my hand on the ground I sent my Raiton chakra through the ground to form 16 pillars of earth to rise up around the training. It was quite simple to do really, just Four Pillar Bind all over again with 12 more pillars

Creative uses/strengths:

• Can be used to defend user just as it can be used to attack
• Effective up to long ranged
• Can be an excellent distraction technique

Drawbacks/counters:

• Doujutsu users will be able to see the Raiton chakra going through the ground and evade
• Pillars can be destroyed easily with Raiton or a wind type jutsu
• Can be escaped by heading underground

(Raiton: Chidori Eiso) - Lightning Release Chidori Sharp Spear

Perform the technique: After forming the all too familiar Chidori on my right hand I thrusted it forward with a sharp movement. The thrusting motion coaxing the Chidori to shape into a longer object, spear like in appearance. It stretched a long distance before piercing the wooden targets that were about 8 meters away.

Creative uses/strengths:

• Doesn't require hand seals
• Can reach up to mid ranged (10 meters)
• Can be used as a cutting tool similar to a katana

Drawbacks/counters:

• Opponent can exit range if far away enough
• Isn't truly lethal unless used to slice a vital area, otherwise it's a numbing tool

Description: The user forms a whirling vortex of wind and electricity around themselves. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon’s head and will cover the area in front of them. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

The user will release wind chakra and spin it around like a vortex, then add lightning on the edge of the wind chakra not touching one another but acting to make layers. The wind acts as a base while the lightning is on top. Now the vortex can be a barrier and a attack all at the same time because it can intercept basic attacks as well as be sent to the opponent. Its projectile based when launched but needs to remain focus while performing it or else it will disperse, though its quick performance with no hand seals. The best part is if a opponent tries to evade the lightning can be manipulated and jump out the vortex to shock a evading opponent almost to act as deception. It inflicts serious shock and pain like any other normal attack. This technique is very harmful with fire techniques, since fire will act to phase around the lightning it can feed on the fuuton chakra and over power it so be weary of fire jutsus, that can also make of a great combo as well.

Description: After doing the Rabbit → Rat → Horse → Ram hand seals, the user will slam his hand on the ground and release into it a massive amounts of lightning chakra which will then pool beneath his opponent before releasing itself into a gigantic column of lightning which shocks anything caught above it. The technique can affect a bigger or smaller area depending on the users will.

Very similar to jutsus we have already seen in reality I don't see much of a difference. The user will do the required hand seals and gather raiton chakra, then after slamming on hand on the ground the user will release the lightning to the opponent which will act to pool under him paralyzing the opponent on contact then after it gathers it will erupt in a giant column which will shock the opponent. Like the other similar techniques it creates large sound and can easily destroy hard material. It moves up to mid range at most as well but can be used in short to, though I don't recommend it. This is great to use though with large summoning or slightly airborn animals since it erupts in a column.

Description: The user will utilize a large shuriken and channel a chidori into it. The user will then throw the shuriken charged with chidori towards the opponent resulting in paralysing them on impact. (paralysis lasts for 1 turn)

Okay the user will take out a large shuriken and channel the chidori into the shuriken which will appear as a bright blue lightning current running through it. It takes up the abilities of a normal chidori, the user will send it towards the opponent by throwing it. If it makes contact with the opponent it will paralyze the opponent as well as pierce them like any other normal shuriken would. Now this is a obvious projectile technique and is limited to only mid range. The shuriken uses the air as a medium of travel of course and it is quite fast moving but nothing that can't be handled. Lastly simple ways to counter can be a dense wall or trying to evade it will a earth pillar to push you to the side since it is a straightforward technique.

(Raiton: Rairyu no Tatsumaki) - Lightning Release: Thunder Dragon Tornado

Perform the technique: Forming a slight Fuuton tornado around my self I then allowed my Raiton chakra to bounce off my skin and assume the influence of the vortex. The result was a tornado filled with lightning. Then through extensive shape manipulation I allowed the lightning to shape into a dragon's head to attack the distant training dummy.

Creative uses/strengths:

• Surrounds users body, a 360 degree defense
• Can strike from the tornado being both defensive and offensive
• Requires no hand seals

Drawbacks/counters:

• Can be ignited due to the Fuuton aspect of the jutsu
• Doubt you can move as efficiently with this active
• ~

Perform the technique: After performing the Rabbit, Rat, Horse and Ram hand seals I slammed my hand on the ground, sending massive amounts of Raiton chakra into the ground. I formed a column of pure lightning energy to erupt from below the dummy, frying it whole and also hitting the balloon kunai above also.

Creative uses/strengths:

• Good for hitting multiple enemies, ground and air alike
• Capable of very intricate combos

Drawbacks/counters:

• Only up to mid ranged
• By slamming one's hand to the ground opponents could anticipate an earth type or something coming from the earth to attack them
• Doujutsu users can see chakra coming and evade

( Raiton: Fusei Shuriken Chidori Jutsu ) - Lightning Release: Rigged Shuriken One Thousand Birds Style

Perform the technique: Pulling out a Fuma Shuriken and holding it in the circular middle I began channeling my extensive control of the chidori inside the shuriken causing it to radiate pure blue, unpredictable lightning along with the infamous chirping of a thousand birds. I then threw it at the dummy, which had no effect because it wasn't living or pretending to be ._.

Creative uses/strengths:

• Can paralyze foe for a turn
• Can be thrown through certain defenses due to Raiton property
• Requires no hand seals

Drawbacks/counters:

• Only mid ranged, and also weak ranked
• Easily evaded, hence needs elaborate strategies to effectively land
• Also, easily seen

Descripton: The user after performing the hand seal snake emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands whilst kakuzu lightning mask emits it from its mouth, which then pierces the enemy. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

With one hand seal the user will generate lightning chakra on their hands and release the lightning and mold it into a spear. This is very similar to the B-Rank False darkness spear. The spear though is much more powerful and runs much quicker then its weaker counter part, its attack potency is high and can pierce through even the strongest of earth material. The spear acts to pierce the opponent and paralyze them at the same time due to natural ability of lightning. The technique has great mobility being able to move up to long range and you can aim it anywhere. The spear can only be cut away using a equal rank lightning jutsu or dispersed by a wind technique of at least A-Rank. Lastly the spears can split on the users command to deceive this can be used to decieve an opponent as well as attack more then one target. Though remember the more you make the more each get weak. Its a fast performance technique, projectile based technique as well which helps in combos but this also makes the spear quite straightforward so you can easily have the time to evade.

Description: The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks that is done performing the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey hand seals. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is much more focused. Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter, unique to him. For example, he demonstrated the ability to imbue a projectile weapon, such as a kunai, with his Lightning Cutter, granting the technique long-range capabilities by throwing the kunai towards his target. In this instance, the kunai was capable of piercing through multiple large rocks with ease, without any loss of momentum or change in trajectory.
Note: Kakashi biographies can use the technique without hand seals.
Note: Only Kakashi biographies can apply the technique to a kunai and use it as a projectile attack.

I'll be explaining this technique as if you have a regular bio and not a kakashi bio. The user will do 3 hand seals and create a serious condensed amount of raiton which appears almost completely white. It has a serious amount of power so much though that it can cut through actual lightning making it one of the most powerful techniques in the lightning jutsu list its power is so noticable you can hear the lightning current as well as see the lightning revolve around the user due to the insane concentration. It is mainly used as a melee weapon great for close range battle, it is the type of technique a opponent does not want to get close to, it can easily be used in combo with other close combat attacks like taijutsu, or hold a sword in the other hand to always keep up to battle in close range. This technique has the ability to cut through many dense objects. In short it is very similar to chidori but in a more advanced form.

(Raiton: Raikiri Nibai Raikou Jishin) – Lightning Release: Lightning Blade Double Lightning Quake

Description: The user performs (Raiton: Raikiri) - Lightning Release: Lightning Blade and splits it in two, covering both hands in Lightning. He will then perform a melee attack at the enemy, unleashing the powerful lightning into him.

So, this technique is very similar to the Raikiri you just did. First, you create a Raikiri (using Raikiri's handseals), and then place your other hand by your lightning-charged palm, splitting the Raikiri into two, allowing you to essentially hold two Chidori as you cut it's power in half when you cut it in half. Using this technique doesn't count as two techniques, one for Raikiri and one for this; just one jutsu for this one. This technique allows you to turn hand-based taijutsu into powerful lightning strikes with both of your hands, instead of simply having your one hand with lightning in it. Now, depending on the situation, this technique and regular Raikiri or even Chidori could be favored or the other; it's all situational. But the one thing to remember about this jutsu is that it's more like two Chidori than two Raikiri, as you have to cut it's power when you divide it among your two hands.

Perform the technique: Forming the snake hand seal I focused my Raiton chakra through my arm and palms. Then, as I released the seal I fired a bolt of immensely condensed lightning in a blinding white flash towards the training dummy. The dummy was then burnt to a crisp and torn apart in a single blow.

Creative uses/strengths:

• Only a single hand seal required
• Readily available, quick execution
• Very hard to defend, counter

Drawbacks/counters:

• Evidently easy to see coming and prepare
• Requires a free hand, most times hands can be occupied with weapons etc

(Raiton: Raikiri) - Lightning Release: Lightning Blade

Perform the technique: Following very similar principles to Chidori I formed the three required hand seals (Ox → Rabbit → Monkey) and produced a more concentrated form of Chidori which was almost white in appearance. It chirped more deeply than regular raiton techniques and seemed to cause my hand to vibrate. I quickly stabbed it into the training dummy and watch the wood split into a gazillion pieces similar to a shotgun shot.

Creative uses/strengths:

• Can be used for CQC
• Well for Kakashi can be used for long ranged as well.
• Very versatile

Drawbacks/counters:

• Can be evaded quite simply
• Makes user easy target due to bright light and noise
• ~

(Raiton: Raikiri Nibai Raikou Jishin) – Lightning Release: Lightning Blade Double Lightning Quake

Perform the technique: Forming the Raikiri in both hands I then split them evenly using extensive control and concentration. After which both my hands will be covered in the Raikiri. I quickly cut the chakra flow to my hands afterwards as murderous thoughts came to mind about slapping people ( ._.)

Creative uses/strengths:

• Great for CQC
• Good for Taijutsu combos
• Can be used to defend from certain tricky techniques like those Kaguya finger bullets 0_-

Drawbacks/counters:

• Umm, I think the power is split into two A ranked Raikiri?
• It's loud and bright, trashing any thoughts of a surprise attack?

Description: After using a fire jutsu to heat the atmosphere and create thunderclouds in the sky, the user will use Chidori to take control of the lightning above. They can then make the lightning strike an opponent in the blink of an eye.
Note: Can only be avoided with time/space techniques or otherwise absolute defenses.
Note: Can only be used once per battle.
Note: In the turn before the use of Kirin, the user must have used at least a B-Rank, Long Range Fire (Katon) technique directed at the sky.
Note: User needs to post Chidori, meaning that in the turn Kirin is used, the user spends 2 moves.

So, one of the most powerful Raiton techniques in the series: Kirin. Of course, you must have used a fire technique to heat up the sky to create stormy conditions in order to bring down a bolt of lightning in the first place. A couple things to note about this technique: the first is that after using your fire technique, the general rule-of-thumb is that you must wait three techniques before you can use Chidori for the storm to fully form. This generally allows you to use the fire at the end of your turn, your opponent uses three jutsu, and then you can defend before using Kirin. The second thing to note is that you must use Chidori before you can use Kirin, making it cost two jutsu instead of one like Double Raikiri. However, as soon as you use Chidori, which only uses one handseals after you complete Raiton, you can begin manipulating the lightning in the clouds and bring it down very close to instantly in conjunction. And when trying to use this technique, be wary; the best way to beat it is to disrupt it, so watch out for people trying to stop you from using Kirin, or even trying to distract you to use the storm for themselves.

Description: The user will cover his hands in with lightning, essentially performing a (Raiton: Chidori) Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds in each hand. Clapping his hands together, the user can unleash that massive amount of lightning chakra into the form of a powerful Thunderbolt directed at the user. The technique is best used if the user has a height advantage in relation to the target. The Thunderbolt is strong enough to leave a giant crater and cannot be used while being in Short-range of the target, at the risk of being hit also.

Another Chidori based technique, the user mid-air will perform the chidori and release the lightning chakra from the chidori into a very large thunderbolt which is shot at the opponent, it moves at amazing pace and has great attack potency. Note this technique can only be used if your opponent is in a mid-long range for the explosion it leaves off, if you are caught in it, it will actually hurt you as well. The bolts can pierce through anything and shock the opponent terribly. Its a projectile based attack after you send the thunderbolt. Its a great jutsu to use if your stuck in mid-air and you can send an attack because being mid-air always leaves you vulnerable. Its very fast to perform almost instantly since no hand seals are required and when the bolt rains down it moves rather quick. It does give off a large light though and because you make the chidori first you can hear the chirping sounds and anticipate it.

Description: After performing the following handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger the user will release a massive amount of lighting chakra which he uses to create a blinding light that appears to emanate from all over the users body. The light can blind any enemy that sees it but its main ability is that, through skill and precise chakra control and timing, the user can use it as a cover to put the enemy into a genjutsu by using the light as a decoy, preventing the enemy from noticing the genjutsu was placed.
Note: Can follow with any Genjutsu the user knows up to A-Rank but needs to have mastered Genjutsu. The user will need to effectively spend two moves, performing both the Lightning Illusion and the Genjutsu; the first only serves as a cover to place the second unnoticed
Note: Can only be used once every three turns

After doing the hand seals the opponent will generate a blinding light from their body. The light can easily blind the opponent obscuring the opponents vision, this is best to use against an Uchia, Byakugan users can see through it easy, I would also say its good to use against a Rinnegan user. The performance is quite slow but the light is generated fast. Its a very simple technique, and its meant for combo making. You can anticipate that the opponent will try to use an attack on you. When the user does use this jutsu, they will not be able to even look at the user for the duration. Notes are that the longer you keep generating your chakra the longer the light stays but you must keep focus and can not be able to use another technique. Its great to use with an ally or clone who is right behind you, not worrying about the light.

(Raiton: Kirin) - Lightning Release: Kirin
Perform the technique: After spitting a barrage of fireballs into the sky above storm clouds began to matriculate. Ater which I simply prepared my Raiton chakra, I then formed a single hand seal and allowed the Chidori to connect with the storm clouds releasing a powerful bolt of lightning in the form of a dragon to pounce on the ground before me, leaving devastating effects on the soil and vegetation around it.

Creative uses/strengths:

• VERY fast, barely unavoidable
• One shot kill, literally
• Up to Long ranged too, no running 'boi' Lol

Drawbacks/counters:

• Requires a 3 move prepping timeframe
• Opponents can use thunderstorm created for themselves
• Takes up two move slots

(Raiton: Chidori Jinrai) – Lightning Release: 1000 birds ThunderClap
Perform the technique: After leaping into the air I manipulated my Raiton chakra to form a Chidori in both my hands. The chirping sounds loud with even two, I then slammed my hands together fusing both Chidori and causing a bolt of lightning to spring from my hand at blinding speeds.

Creative uses/strengths:

• Effective up to long ranged
• Great for mid air tight situations
• Very dangerous and piercing attack

Drawbacks/counters:

• CHirping sounds can give user away
• Can harm opponent too
• Requires a set in air distance from target for effective effects.

(Raigen Raikochu) – Lightning Illusion Flash of Lightning Pillar
Perform the technique: Well.... due to my lack of Genjutsu training and overall general knowledge lemme just flash em' O_O Well not that type of flash- yea I'll shut up now. After forming the hand seals Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger I released an extensively manipulated flash of raiton energy to blind everyone, I then used the blinding light as a cover up while I try to form a genjutsu..

Creative uses/strengths:

• Very good cover up
• Two in one, can blind and distract
• Effective against certain Doujutsu opponents

Drawbacks/counters:

• Can be interrupted
• Can be sustained but cannot perform any other techniques
• Very slow to prepare for

Descripton: The user will channel lightning chakra into his hand, covering it with a massive chidori. The user will then point his palm forwards, unleashing that chakra, creating a massive 120º blast of lightning that spreads from his hand, outwards and forward towards the enemy.

Another chidori technique, very fast to perform and easy. The user after making the chidori will spread from the users palm to cover a large area in front of them and cover a wide range up to 120º blast making evasion tough so trying to move to the side will not work well. Its a fast moving technique and can cut through many attacks as well as shock the opponent badly while slicing them. Its great to use to push an opponent back but a huge disadvantage is it only goes mid range so evading it by simply moving back is the more simplest of methods. After you send the lightning bolts from your hands it becomes a projectile based attack, its great to use for combos for flanking a fire technique trying to make sure the opponent does not see it. As any other chidori technique similar it will give off a 1000 bird chirping sound if done alone.

( Raiton: Raiden ) - Lightning Release: Lightning Chain

Description: This technique requires the user to firstly create a shadow clone. Then, each of them will activate the Lightning Cutter on opposite hands to one another. Connecting the two techniques together, forming a chain of sorts, they are then able to use the resulting beam to slice through objects with great ease.
Note: Must first have a shadow clone in the field.

So, with this technique you must start with a Shadow Clone (if you haven't learned it yet, use mine and wait to use this technique until you've learned the Shadow Clone technique). Then, both you and the clone will use Raikiri before touching hands together. As you touch hands, allow your lightning chakra to connect with the clone's chakra, creating a chain of lightning. As in the first technique, this only costs the jutsu count of this jutsu and the Shadow Clone; using Raikiri to form the chain doesn't count as a separate technique. From there, the two of you can get up to mid-range away from each other, using the chain of lightning like a clothesline to tear through people as you move around, creating a "danger zone" in the form of a direct line between the two of you.

( Raiton: Chidori Shinso ) - One Thousand Birds True Spear

Description:The user starts off by dashing at his opponent with a Chidori in his hand. As they strikes his opponent, they uses shape manipulation to extend the Chidori into a lightning spear that impales and hurtles the opponent into the air. The user then increases the potency of the lightning, generating a powerful electric explosion at the end of the spear and sending the enemy back to the ground.
Note: Only the spear extention can reach up to mid range.

This is a advance version of the lightning spear. Now with the spear alone, you could move it around and cut through many tough rocks. The spear is very useful to keep a distance away from an opponent, it also acts as a chidori which on contact will numb the area of the opponent if caught. You can wield the spear with great ease, it can cut through the most solid of metals. Its great to use to finish an opponent off, and the spear when release is very quickly. Now the spear extends mid-range (10m). The spear now if the opponent is pierced by it, the user can send extra chakra to the tip to create a explosion which can destroy the opponents inside. Its very deadly.

Perform the technique: Coating my hand in a massive Chidori I placed my hand forward and released all the stored power in a large 120 degree burst of electricity. It devastated the training dummy to the point where it caught on fire and fell into tiny charred pieces.

Creative uses/strengths:

• Nice for attacking close opponent(s)
• Doesn't have the trade mark 1,000 bird sound
• Doesn't require hand seals, making it a nice counter for tight situations

Drawbacks/counters:

• Only mid ranged
• Hmm, in my mind it kind of blocks the opponent's view of you but also yours of his? Which can be bad if he is performing a tiny jutsu or throwing a bomb etc.

( Raiton: Raiden ) - Lightning Release: Lightning Chain
Perform the technique: Using your shadow clone beside me I quickly began my Raiton to form a Raikiri on my left hand, my clone forming it on his right hand. Then, touching hands, both jutsu connected forming a chain of lightning. We then both ran towards the training dummy, easily slicing it in two.

Creative uses/strengths:

• Can be used as surprise
• Damage and slicing capabilities
• Can be as far as mid ranged from clone

Drawbacks/counters:

• Requires a ready clone on the field
• Only short range?
• ~

( Raiton: Chidori Shinso ) - One Thousand Birds True Spear
Perform the technique: After forming a Chidori in my right hand I dashed towards the shadow clone, slamming the Chidori in it's stomach while extending the Chidori and pushing the clone in the air. I then sent a focused charge of Raiton through the spear causing a devastating explosion.

Creative uses/strengths:

• Very good initial and after effects, also very fast formation
• Jutsu basically has two parts, sword like side and the explosive numbing side
• Very long reach, mid ranged

Drawbacks/counters:

• Classic Chidori sound could hinder a surprise attack
• ~ (ok I can't think of any drawbacks, requires use of the said hand? which means no two handed seals through out)
