Well , just to giv some insight, I don't think she is a better Kunoichi than Anko.. I also don't think she is in the same league as Kabuto or sharingan Kakashi ( taking it a littl too far a bit u think --__--) .. but atleast she's Tsunade's assistant and 1 of her disciples..

.... Don't scorn me for this, but if I'm not mistaken, I'm sure it was stated to numb .. and then kill .. but we could hav a look back at the manga .. I know u want to prove ur point on Shizune..... but I wouldn't go this far Tsunade is better at making poisons than Shizune and utilizing them.. I'm sure this was proven

I wouldn't even say she's a better Kunoichi than Kurenai .. mayb close tho
