Good thread mate, almost an in-depth analysis...
But still haters gonna hates...

No you're dead wrong. Itachi shit stomps rofl copter to the next dimension. So what Minato is hogake, Itachi had a hokage mindset at age 7. Minato was like 19 competing with ORochimaru for hokage seat who didn't even really want it. Itachi defeated this nub when he was 11??What could Minato at 11 do to ORochimaru. Minato is nothing to ITachi.
Itachi was in Akatsuki at 13 who most are basically as strong as kages and the leader was scared of him as well. So what does his hokageship have to do with anything other than they took two different paths.

Minato needs knowledge to use Shadow Clones, Kakashi got prepared and experienced the pain Itachi's genjutsu can deal. He didn't use the clones for the first time. See what happened when he encountred Itachi for the first time >.>
All that Tsukyomi needs is a simple eye contact. Once Minato is trapped he can't be helped by his FTG nor by his friends.
One more thing, Naruto realised that he's in a Genjutsu after a short period of time. Minato won't be able to comprehend his existance in the illusionary world before It's too late. Don't forget that Itachi went easy on all of his foes, he could've easily snapped Oro's neck or slice his throat before he escapes.
that is the problem right there...! if minato is not in close range then catching him in genjutsu (except Tsukyomi) is useless because as long as opponent under genjutsu is struggling, the user can't move fast because he has to keep focus and keep using his chakra through eyes to keep the genjutsu on...! have you ever seen any eye based genjutsu user in manga to kill his opponent in real world while his opponent is in genjutsu??? no.... just like naruto couldn't gather sage chakra while moving, you can't keep genjutsu on while you are moving...! in all genjutsu fights, when genjutsu user moves, his genjutsu is broken... and it's a manga fact...! so if sharingan defeats anybody with genjutsu then it has to be done within genjutsu first and then in real world and if opponent can resist and finally break out of it then genjutsu user is at a disadvantage because genjutsu is the most important move in MS other than kamui...! and if opponent like minato or tobirama are in close range CQC then they are very deadly because they can just tag you and get away and you won't even notice because their fists touched your and you thought it was a taijutsu battle...! so unless you have too great power like jubi, you have to fight minato and itachi with a very keen observance as we have seen they both take advantage of analysis and that's why are incomparable...!
Why do you think Minato can resist the genjutsu and place his tag at time? Minata is fast, indeed, but Itachi's genjutsu is as fast. We saw him genjutsu shinobis before the fight even starts. Minato won't be able to take care of Itachi, resist the pain and place his tag.
Itachi does not have to get very close to Minato, the latter is not a sensor nor a sharingan user, so it's not possible for him to realise he's inside the illusion and plan to break out of it.
Orochimaruwe haven't seen anyone of his caliber getting one shotted with genjutsu.
Orochimaru
In addition to what you have said...There's an even more simple solution actually. All of the genjutsus Itachi's displayed have been used when he knew his enemy's exact location. Therefore, if Minato uses FTG to teleport to Itacih's blind spots(back or sides), then Itachi cannot put him under genjutsu. If you think about it, genjutsu is affecting one sense(such as vision) in order to gain control of all senses. That sounds very precise, meaning it requires knowledge of where the victim is looking. That's why FTG neutralizes it.
Shut the fu(k up that was by the dumbest ive hear by a humanMinato never created clones while he was alive. this goes to show that he can't create them unless he had Kyuubi mode. Since we going off feats
Further more if FTG is so anti genjutsu and OP as you claim... Why don't tobirama and Minato just wait for Madara to cast infinite tsukyomi then attack madara? Oh right because they wouldn't be able to due to Tsukyomi being OP
FTG does not need body movement. Itachi's genjutsu mostly affects movement as shown in the OP.
You missed my point. Distance isn't all that short in the scans I posted and the scan you posted when Itachi and Kakashi are facing off. In fact, everyone is referencing Minato as a close-combat fighter so why are you debating distance? I also dislike how people are using Guy as a basis for Minato fighting Itachi. Classic A>B>C logic: "If Guy can close his eyes and fight Itachi, then Minato can too." Effectively ignoring three things:So what if Itachi's tsukuyomi is stronger than that of Sasuke? It won't change the fact that he can't cast it long range. You are neglecting also the fact that Minato can use bunshin. The point you have to consider is how exactly he can use Tsukuyomi against Minato.
Bravo for using part one feats, but they're trumped by part two feats: [Here are scans showing Itachi using Tsukuyomi. I want you to observe it properly.
What did you observe? Right! Closing his eyes to change from a 3T to MS. Can someone really do an eye to eye if the other person is moving at super fast speed? No feats made by Itachi suggesting that he can cast tsukuyomi at long range.Against Kakashi:

Kakashi came well-prepared. He already HAD made a Shadow Clone. Do you honestly think a Sharingan would miss Handseals for Bushins? Sasuke mentions during his Conversation with Obito that Bee couldn't have made Bushins as he followed his movements with his Sharingan. The rest of it is far-fetched speculation and nothing more. FTG would require reaction. When the chakra is disturbed inside the individuals head, how the heal will he use FTG?
