Is it Sasuke? Ok, I think Shisui will beat Sasuke at any time. His Mangekyou Sharingan is better than Sasuke's. But did Sasuke really beat Itachi with his strength or did Itachi give in? Either way, Shisui must be stronger at any rate.

If Shisui does his controlling genjutsu, or that huge one, K.A, he wins.
That's if Sasuke were to give him a chance.
But we know more of Sasuke's techniques and fighting styles more than we know of Shisui's...so this match-up may be unfair...
Anyways, my first thought was Shisui, but now I'm doubting myself. xd
