What happened to shisui's other eye...? There has been a rumour that obito could be tobi but tobi could also be shisui or atleast be using shisui's eye,maybe he is controlling sasuke with this eye..you know by creating hatred in his mind.

Well I think Shisui is Tobi because could control people like Tobi and he had bodyflicker like Tobi... He wanted Danzou's eye badly so he used Sasuke againts Danzou.
Still strange that Danzou could take his eye because he should'n be dead but anyway Tobi is Shisui...

So Shisui attacks the leaf village when he was only a child? I mean he joined the ANBU squad six months before Itachi "killed" him and Danzo takes his right arm and eye, and then he goes off to Akatsuki with a shell of his former self and tries to get back one of his eyes many years latter? This does not seem like a very great plan for the "most talented member of the Uchiha Clan."

Obito's body is crushed.. The issue that madara is obito arose because madara only showed one of his eyes but it was already disproven when the latter revealed his other sharingan eye..
as kishi points out... madara is tobi... xd
and as for your question.. this point it time.. madara maybe has shisui's eyes...LOL

lol, first of all nobody can be certain if itachi killed shisui..only kishimoto can be certain...and if you are wondering about the mangekyo of itachi he might hav witnessed shisui's death...also remember madara easily gave up his right arm and shisui's right arm was taken by danzo...also kishimoto always use minute details to twist the story.

that is why I put quotation marks around the word killed. I wasn't saying that he was, but Danzo having Shisui's right arm and eye seems weird if Shisui did not die. Tobi was pretty upset to find out that Danzo crushed his eye, so it doesn't seem like Shisui would really want to leave his eye behind.
he twists the past (stories told be characters / third person accounts), not the present (first person accounts).

1.As someone else pointed out when tobi attacked kushina as a grown man shusui would have been a kid of about 8 maybe 10 since we see itachi with sasuke looking no older than say 9 which is pretty generous truthly id say hes about 6/7

3.Orochimaru or tobi mostprobably have shusi left eye id go with orchimaru since tobi seemed pretty ped off about danzo crushing shusui's eye
4.Tobi is either Izuna madaras brother zetsu posing as madara or actualy madara or some random uchiha maybe its a woman? theres hardly any strong kunoichi in the narutoverse
