I agree with the first part involving Shisui's eye. As for Danzo's arm (both the Hashirama's cells and the sharingans) I think Oro was involved. Oro was interested in not just the Sharingan but the body that can properly control them. Only having an Uchiha could he ever gain full control of a sharingan, not the incomplete versions shown by Danzo and Kakashi.
