since they gonna make oruchimaru a villian and the manga is very short the only possible answer is hooded figure is oruchimaru and that uchiha is his experiment and we all know that oruchimaru was always after uchihas

Why wouldn't Orochimaru just use his experiment as a host? He would have the Sharingan.

Also if that was an experiment what would he know about Itachi, and why would Orochimaru talk about Sasuke being a disgrace to the Uchiha? Orochimaru doesn't care that Sasuke killed Itachi. He helped him get stronger to do it.

we dont know that how oruchimaru look alike now; its possible that he found a way to gain uchiha power finally or he's just baiting sasuke for his purposes its highly possible that kishi wont open another pandora box here and he will also try to end oruchimaru story in this manga
