1.) Introduction:
Shisui Uchiha of the Body Flicker - he is a well talked about Uchiha and the Mentor of the Almighty Itachi Uchiha. However, not much is known about him and his powers, even with his powerful, long lasting legacy as one of the greatest Uchiha of all time. So in this thread I will be analysing the power of Shunshin no Shisui.
2.) Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu
Not much is known about the proficiency of the Uchiha in any of these categories other than hype but we can make some reasonable judgements based on the hype.
→ A. Ninjutsu:
We know he awakened the Mangekyou Sharingan. Madara Uchiha said that we both eyes you can awaken the true power of the Sharingan. It is unknown what exactly he meant, but it is possible that Shisui had some sort of Susano'o as he at one point possessed both MS. He also was named, 'Shisui of the Body Flicker' which is more than likely giving ownage to Shisui and his masterful skill in Shunshin no Jutsu. Kabuto Yakushi, a man who only Edo'd relatively powerful ninja was disappointed he couldn't reincarnate Shisui Uchiha. Kabuto, more than likely wanted to reanimate the Uchiha as he was very powerful and famous.
→ B. Genjutsu:
For one, Shisui has a lot of hype in this section. For one he possess the Mangekyou Sharingan ability of the ultimate genjutsu - Kotamatsukami, the ability to be controlled without eye contact and without the opponent knowing he is being controlled. If the theory that states the abilities of the MS are based on the possessers desires and abilities then we can conclude he is a powerful genjutsu.
It is so well wanted that Tobi wanted the Mangekyou Sharingan to himself and was very angered when he realized it was destroyed. Danzo attained the MS and kept it very well protected and when realizes that he may lose it to Tobi, he destroys it. Kabuto was also eager to gain access to the eye and its ability as well.
However by hype, he was stated to be the best genjutsu in the Uchiha clan. Itachi Uchiha has been noted to easily be the best genjutsu living (during Part 1/2). This would mean that this was false; Shisui Uchiha was the strongest and best genjutsu ever, not Itachi.
→ C. Taijutsu:
Little to nothing is known about his taijutsu skills. However, it is more than likely he possessed some taijutsu skills as many people who possess the Shunshin no Jutsu, 'teleport' behind the opponent and finish them off with a taijutsu attack. We know he wielded a Tanto which is similar to a Katana which clues that he is in some ways, proficient in the art of Kenjutsu or Shurikenjutsu.

Shisui Uchiha was probably a powerful ninja. It is not likely that a stupid ninja would come up with the idea of self-sacrifice or the many philosophical teachings that he taught Itachi. He was also able to based on some details, predict the future of the Uchiha Clan, which he doubted had a bright future - he later entrusted Itachi with the clan. He also knew about the greed of humans and how they would wish to acquire his MS, so he entrusted his eyes in with Itachi Uchiha.
4.) Other:
Not much is known about Shisui other than what is already stated. However we can make one more bold statement...

Izuna another formidable Uchiha seemed to be in a great deal of pain when his eyes were pulled out. We can safely assume that with Shisui Uchiha smiling, he has a high level of pain tolerance. Or he wanted to die that bad, and was excited that he will die soon. Either way, we can assume he has high pain tolerance or is using some form of pain relieving drug (Hashirama DNA). It is also believed by some that Shisui and Itachi had a homosexual relationship with one another.
5.) Conclusion:
It is safe to assume from this analysis that Shisui is a formidable Uchiha and easily one of the Top 5-10 of the Clan.
