Shisui the teleporter

So Shisui has some sorta teleporting jutsu.
When he uses it there isn't a cloud of smoke left behind like with what we usually see.
Is it just moving really fast like that thing I forget what it's called? The flicker technique thing I think.
Is it an actual ninjutsu like FTG?
Is it a genjutsu like Itachi and his crow stuff?
Or is it a dojutsu, and if so then is it 3 tomoe or a MS tech like obito?

well he never activated his MS to "teleport" so guess its not an MS jutsu.
his nicknames are: Shisui of the body flicker, the mirage, and the teleporter.
Maybe its body flicker or actual teleportation , but whatever it is its extremely fast. Kishi is the one doing these filler I hear so I guess its canon whatever it is.

OT:It is Shunshin no jutsu which means that he moves/runs faster like Raikage and KCM Naruto.It is completly different from FTG.
