i dont think its doujutsu. and if you listen properly, you'll hear they say 'shunshin'. i dont know. sounds like minato's jutsu? which means there are 3 ninjas who can alone use that jutsu (some shinobi in konoha can use that as well, but it takes 3 people)

no. just no. There's a difference between teleportation aka space time ninjutsu aka FTG and movement at really quick speeds aka body flicker
