Double as in Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi. If double as in both eyes was the case, then wouldn't Obito, Izuna, and Shisui have a Susano'o. Shisui had both of his Mangekyo for a period of time before they were taken. We heard nothing about Izuna having a Susano'o.

You people don't understand an analogy? How old are you? Tsukuyomi is the manipulation of genjutsu, the same way Blaze Release is the manipulation of amaterasu. Each brother excels in one MS manipulation, but both Itachi and Sasuke have Tsukuyomi and Blaze release, albeit weaker forms, hence why they never refer to it as such.

Until proven otherwise, Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi are the requirements for susano'o.

Sasuke don't have tsukuyomi and madara don't have amaterasu, atleast he didn't show it so far...

Your point? It was never stated in the manga that it was absolute to have Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi for Susano'o unlock. Sasuke clearly said ''Only those who control both Mangekyou awaken Susano'o''. If he trasnferred them, that means Sasuke should've had his own powers right? That means it's unique. So Madara shouldn't have Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi. He still has PS. Now who has contradictions?

VIZ translation says you need two Mangekyo sharingan. Not Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi. Obito could have had a Susano'o if he kept his eyes. So yes, Shisui could have had a Susano'o.
