i doubt it because they say you need to master your MS in order to grt susanoo and madara didnt have it at the time at least i dont think he did other wise he would have used it on the senju the first chance he got

Madara has already used Tsukuyomi when he was explaining to Obito his plan to put an Eternal Tsukuyomi on the moon. :|

No it was regular Genjutsu. If you look carefully, he didn't have Mangekyou Sharingan. And he didn't have his original eyes.

Itachis tsukuyomi is just upgraded, just like sasuke blaze release from amaterasu or Madaras perfect susanoo.
Even danzo said that itachi could control time and space, but sasuke was still unable.
