Do u think that shisui had a susanoo since u need two mangekyou sharigans to have susanoo...i know obito wouldve had it if he wouldnt have gave kakashi his eye...

Susano'o is a very rare feat. Even though most of the Uchiha in the story right now have it, it doesn't mean that everyone with MS and their mother get it. It's extremely hard to unlock, just assuming Shisui had it would be very stupid indeed.

So no, I don't think he had it. Otherwise there would've been at least some mention, and the fact that Susano'o is difficult in itself to unlock makes it an even less-likely possibility.

Shisui does not have a Susano'o, you need Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi to use Susano'o.

Sasuke, in fact, does have Tsukuyomi, he used it on Bee and even Danzo admitted to it. Sasuke just cannot control space and time in his Tsukuyomi.

Madara has also shown Tsukuyomi during the Madara/Obito filler. The world they were in was Tsukuyomi. He has not shown Amaterasu.
