The Right shoulder is Hashirama’s face.

The right arm has that thing concealing his implanted Sharingan and Byakugan can’t see through it.

“And the color of the right eye… There’s no mistake. It’s the color of Uchiha Shisui’s eye!”

Only the eye was green…the same color as the Susanoo Kishimoto designed for Shisui.
