Madara Uchiha wins, why ? Because IMO Izanagi can counter KA. And if KA fails, Itachi and Shisui looses low dificulty.. Rinnegan and EMS can break Genjutsu easily.

i think madara would win.im mean sure itachi and shisui are badass genjutsu user and itachi can use use susanoo but lets see how the battle would play out.not to much the only jutsu that we know that shihui can use for sure is ka.itachi uses susanoo madar absorbs it with rinnegan.itachi uses amatartsu madar absorbs it.fire style?madara absorbs it.the only technique that itachi can use succesfully is tskunomi wich madara braks out of with his sharingan(hey if sasuke can do it then hell yeah madara can)so itachi is useless.so that leaves shihui.for the sake of this thread lets just assume that shihui can use fire style shuriken jutsu and some other genjutsus.madara absorbs all of shisuis jutsu.and breaks out of ka.now i know ur gonna say ohh k.a is supposed to be a super gentjutsu that not even the victim is supposed to know.yeah well the sharingan is supposed to see through genjutsu and even if it cant whats shisui gonna do.his gentjutsu just controls people minds.i mean ive always thought of k.a as a subtle genjutsu.like danzo a gentjutsu thats used for like convincing people and getting them to agree to things but i dont consider it a batlle genjutsu.the only jutsu that i think that can change the course of the battle is izanami now we dont know wat it does yet but i bet its pretty cool.well just have to wait and see.

Tsukyomi can be broken with the victim sharing the same blood as the caster just like sasuke
