Yes. Perhaps the team of Shisui and Itachi would be too much. It seems that victory would be definite for the two despite Madara's Rinnengan. It seems like this match would be too easy for the too even though i say they would win with high difficulty.
Kotoamatsukami seems like it would win the fight as long as madara does not look in his eyes.

The technique itself allows the user to enter the opponent's mind and manipulate them by giving them false experiences, making it seem as if they were doing things of their own free will. It is regarded as a genjutsu of the highest class, due to the victim being entirely unaware that they are being manipulated.
but even if KA is not a factor he still looses.
because Madara was the first to unlock MS/EMS and the rinnengan, we must assume he knows moves like izanagi & izanami. if itachi and shisui can counter these moves then the match is over due to his blindness. I think izanami can be countered with izanagi and vice versa. being that the uchiha team has more eyes,they will surely win if it get down to them using their forbidden techniques.
in terms of a ninjutsu advantage it goes to madara. the team will have to attack him with taijutsu and/or genjutsu to win the match.
