Shisui is weak at Taijutsu

Shisui should of not let his guard down. Danzo did the same thing to Sasuke but he reacted fast enough.(when Danzo used Izanagi the 1st time after being crushed in Susanoo's hand.)

From what was shown,
He was quite skilled in Genjutsu, his feat was considerably at Itachi's level...

But if he's good at Taijutsu or not, doesn't matter because he never expected Danzo to go all out on him...

probably. but he does have good doujutsu. and he can use teleportation as well
