Just putting in my own two cents here:
As stated, "wood power" makes the MS charge faster. Also the MS charges quite rapidly when its with an Uchiha.... but the MS charges slower when it is on other humans...
But the crow isn't even human...

According to me, that's why it takes that much time to charge the crow's/Shisui's MS.

Nice theory, defo possible, Command = Kyuubi Cooperates with Naruto
I think Kishi is trying to make Rikudo Mode Naruto vs EMS Sasuke as close as he can with only "their" powers .
Sasuke has Uchiha blood, Itachi's MS = EMS
Naruto has His lineage, Nindo, Kyuubi = Rikudo Mode
Some will say if it wasn't for Kushina and Bee Naruto would of never defeated Kyuubi.
The whole story Naruto has basically won fights from other's power or help. So this is the time for Naruto to shine.
i do hope Naruto gets another power up or something ( Maybe Sage mode + RM ). From recent chaps his performance against Nagato & Itachi was not all that impressive considering he is using Rikudo Mode. ( Yes Nagato & Itachi are 2 of the strongest Ninja around, but Beginning of Story Kyuubi was said to have limitless chakra )

Yeah, thus I don't think his Kyuubi Mode is at it's optimum power otherwise he'll fight more like Bee also. Thus Naruto still have things to accomplish with his Jinchuuriki's abilities. Given Kyuubi's hateful nature, I believe that crow and Shisui's sharingan to be the only way out.
