No screams, No blood splatter. Kurapika wasn't the slightest bit convinced Shiro was dead seeing as the man had smirked just before the arrows descended. True enough Kurapika would watch as Shiro starts to exit the ground 8meters in front of him, no it was more of "unmerging" rather than exiting.

Sneaky.

You've impressed me Red Priest. For that I'll make your dead quick.

Kurapika would decide to pressure Shiro before he could regain his bearings. With 2 handseals he'd invade his opponent's chakra system with his own just as Shiro fully unmerged with the ground. The chakra would be used to place the red priest under an illusion, a poetic one seeing as the genjutsu was previously used to punish criminals that had committed grievous offenses. Ants and Termites would start crawling up and devouring Shiro's legs restraining it in the process before progressing upwards devouring Shiro's entire body.

Descriptions: This technique was previously used in the ancient times as a means of punishment to punish criminals or outlaws who hand committed treason or committed grievous offenses, its sole purpose was to kill its opponent in a slowly but painful manner, however such practices have long been abolished. The user of the jutsu performs the ox and tiger hand-seals in quick successions casting his opponent under a genjutsu wherehis limbs are being slowly and gradually devoured by termites and ants, the termites and ants start devouring the limbs and eventually progresses unto vital body organs until it reaches its heart, the ants and termites start by crawling up the opponents legs restraining it in the process, then further progressing upwards towards thier torso. However, in reality the opponent is unharmed, receiving only mental damage as the illusion progresses.

In the same moment as the genjutsu, 2 karambits would exit Kurapika's pockets launching downwards to cut the straps of the weights wrapped around his legs. The sudden reduction of weight would strengthen Kurapika's kicks and double his running speed.

Description:
The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a drastic boost to his running speed (doubles) and +20 to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nullified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on each other.

Illusions. Shiro had always hated them. He never believed a true warrior would play mind games, only weaklings hid behind parlour tricks. As the Red Priest emerges from the earth, he would suddenly see ants and termites crawl up his body in futile attempt.

This was pathetic, it was pretty obvious. First, the blonde was not an Aburame clan member. Only those clan members were able to control and manipulate bugs & insects alike to do their biddings. Shiro could feel nothing, not even the eerie feeling of tiny legs crawling up his body. He was just seeing them, pretty confident they're harmless. Besides, Shiro's skin was impenetrable, a feat that had earned fame across several lands. He was even nicknamed the "strongest shield", these ants & termites were mere parlour tricks.

Such bad taste.

The blonde Bartholomew's effort infuriated the Priest and he made the decision to end this bout, once and for all. He was done playing around, this was the final dance.

In response, Shiro would channel lighting chakra to every point in his body before surging it outwards. This would do two things. The blonde's filthy illusion would be dispelled at once while Shiro would activate the last stage of his famous Lighting Chakra Armour. Once the surge is released, Shiro would instantaneously run & flicker at inhuman speeds (which would only be seen as a thin streak of lighting to Kurapika) towards the blonde, before he could blink.

Covering the short distance between both parties in 0.1/10000000th of a second, Shiro would flicker past to slice Kurapika's head off cleanly & swiftly with his one finger Nukite in a single swipe before the blonde could possibly do a thing. Considering the small distance (6m) between both combatants, death was inevitable for the Last Bartholomew.

Kurapika's head will bounce three to four times on the ground as his body froze. Blood will gush out uncontrollably from the naked neck like a fountain before his body drops lifelessly in front of the church. The Red Priest had shed another's blood once more. But this time, it was much needed.

Description: A technique created to remove the Sandaime's vulnerability to illusions and provide him with a suitable counter to such devious techs. This can be performed in two ways, the first being when the user has his lightning armor active and gets stuck in an illusion, he would stall the chakra for the armour to build up ending the armour in an instant after which he pulses it through every chakra point present in his body releasing the stalled chakra outwards effectively bringing the armour back to life and the illusion dispelled. This can be related to the reving of an engine for a while before taking off at the same burst. Another usage is when the user doesn't have his armour on, he could attain a double effect with this by dispelling an illusion and activating his armour too. By pulsing the chakra needed to activate his lightning armour through out every point of his body, the user surges said chakra and activates his armour while also dispelling the illusion.

Description: Using the amazing abilities of the Lightning Armor technique, both the 3rd and 4th Raikages are able to move at insanely high speeds to dodge or evade incoming attacks, even those that would normally be unavoidable such as Amaterasu. This fast movement can also be used in conjunction with a Taijutsu move, including their own signature Lightning based Nintaijutsu moves, to use the momentum one can gather and add even more damage if the move allows it. The technique also alows the user to move in more elaborate patterns that one would think, although following a more or less linear path. The only weakness of this technique is that, since its purely fast and enhanced movement, you cannot use it in all battle grounds but only those that would otherwise enable its use. Not only that but although the user moves fast, he is still trackable by high Doujutsu users, Sensors and EIG Masters. This doesn't mean the opponent can react ( that depends on his speed, mastery of Taijutsu and techniques used ) but rather that he can perceive the attack.
Note: Only useable once per turn by Third and Fourth Raikage bios with their Lightning Chakra Armor active.

The total number of fingers involved in the attack inversely correlates with the overall intensity and power of the technique. With less fingers being used, the technique becomes stronger and raises by 1 rank, starting at C rank.
Four-Finger Nukite : A decently strong, lightning-infused thrust performed with precisely four of A's fingers. This strike is powerful enough to break through a variety of robust defences with relative ease.
Three-Finger Nukite : A fairly strong, lightning-infused thrust performed with precisely three of A's fingers. This strike is effective against even malleable materials that usually handle an attack by dissipating its force.
Two-Finger Nukite : An exceptionally strong, lightning-infused thrust performed with only two of A's fingers. This strike of capable of inflicting great damage upon impact, creating a shock wave powerful enough to send objects within short range of it flying backwards some meters.
One-Finger Nukite : A lightning-infused thrust known as the "strongest spear" and performed with one finger. The sheer concentration of lightning chakra is so great that it extends well beyond the finger in a lone point. It is powerful enough to easily sever all of Gyūki's tails during an encounter, and in a single instance, at that. In addition, it is able to pierce opponent's and leave a prominent scar.

Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra which, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate their nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses reaction time, and pushes physical prowess to the absolute limit allowing for tremendous raw speed. The technique has different levels of activation each visibly depicted by the users hair which stands up when the technique is activated to the fullest. The higher the level, the higher the speed the user can achieve. This mode, combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilize nintaijutsu. When using the armor at full power, it causes the tips of A's hair to spike up and his reflexes are said to be comparable to those of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. Despite the large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up, the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it, leaving the user able to interact with those around, allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.
Level One: The base activation of the mode, the user's speed doubles and he gains a x2 speed boost. His Taijutsu increases as well, by +20 damage.
Level Two: The most commonly used state and the one generally referred to, this activation causes the user's hair to slightly raise upwards as his speed increases x3 speed. This likewise increase his strength +10 more than level one. This state can only last 4 turns max each usage.
Level Three: The highest level of the Lightning Chakra Armor, the user uses this state to increase his reactions and speed to the max, gaining a x6 speed boost and a +40 damage boost to Taijutsu. The users speed increases to a point where only the highest Gates, Jinchuriki modes and instant techniques outstrip the user in terms of speed, appearing as a blur to most targets. This state however, only lasts 2 turns, after which the mode in it's entirety cannot be accessed for at least 3 turns.
Note: Level Two can only be used three times max each event and Level Three can only be used twice. During Level 3, only Taijutsu and Lightning may be used exclusively.

Kurapika would watch his opponent surge what seems to be lightning chakra throughout his body, with the way the lightning surrounded him like an armor Kurapika accessed that the man was probably amping his physical feats with the lightning. Lightning and Taijutsu - Two things his opponent excelled at now merged. No, Kurapika couldn't allow that. He'd instantly decide to shut down one of his opponent's 2-pronged attack.

Immediately the lightning armor is activated, Kurapika would build raiton chakra in his core and release it as an invisible ElectroMagnetic Pulse that spreads at lightning speed to a 15 meter radius around him. The harmless pulse would shut down the lightning armor surrounding Shiro causing his other moves to fail.

Description: This is a daughter technique to . The user would focus his lightning chakra into his core and releases all over his body and outwards to form an invisible aura(short range around him) of alternative form of lightning which is the ElectroMagnetic Pulse. The user can extend the aura up to mid-range at lightning speed if he wants. This aura is likewise harmless, not able to shock, numb or paralyze nor would it relate with matter, but its work is to shut down all electricity it touches. Perhaps subtle and defensive as it is, it's non aggressive nature allows it to slow down and halt completely every free electron within an electricity force field causing it to end. A ninja hit by this would be unable to mold lightning chakra. He would be able to regain his lightning manipulation a turn after he leaves the vicinity of the aura. A drawback to this is that the user's lightning jutsu is also affected by this.

He'd close the distance moving at his top speed and then use the momentum to deliver a lateral right kick to Shiro's head, the kick would be angled downwards so that Shiro's head is slammed violently into the ground 2 meters to his right.

Without wasting another moment, Kurapika would charge at Shiro's prone body moving at his full speed and kick him square in the head sending him flying 5 meters backwards with what he hopes is a cracked skull.

Shiro failed to understand what had happened next. One moment, he had sealed the blonde's fate in his head. The next, his armour ceased to exist. The Bartholomew was indeed skilled, and Shiro would assume he was to blame for the disappearance of his famous lightning shroud.

Bastard.

But there was no time to cry over spilled milk, the deed had been done, the Red Priest would have to focus on the battle and see it to the very end. Shiro would see the blonde charge at him, hoping he was coming for close combat once again, so he would be mentally prepared.

In a flash, Kurapika would appear in front of him hoping to surprise the Priest in a blur. But he was in for disappointment. Immediately the blonde's leg makes the slightest physical contact with Shiro's body (as soon as he feels it), his entire body weight would be drastically increased by a hundred folds stopping him dead in his tracks. Due to Shiro's advanced damage resistance ability, he would be able to tank the little damage from the slight contact before his foe is permanently petrified.

Needing no seals, this would go through unhindered. Wasting no second at all, Shiro would concentrate chakra into his right hand before slamming a huge ball of pure chakra into the blonde's head, in his petrified state. Sending him backwards in devastating frenzy, sustaining immeasurable damage to every part of his body. The chakra ball would rip off the Last Bartholomew's head swiftly before throwing his body backwards like a rag doll.

OODAMA...RAAASEEEN-GAAAAN!!

Shiro failed to understand what had happened next. One moment, he had sealed the blonde's fate in his head. The next, his armour ceased to exist. The Bartholomew was indeed skilled, and Shiro would assume he was to blame for the disappearance of his famous lightning shroud.​

But there was no time to cry over spilled milk, the deed had been done, the Red Priest would have to focus on the battle and see it to the very end. Shiro would see the blonde charge at him, hoping he was coming for close combat once again, so he would be mentally prepared.​
In a flash, Kurapika would appear in front of him hoping to surprise the Priest in a blur. But he was in for disappointment. Immediately the blonde's leg makes the slightest physical contact with Shiro's body (as soon as he feels it), his entire body weight would be drastically increased by a hundred folds stopping him dead in his tracks. Due to Shiro's advanced damage resistance ability, he would be able to tank the little damage from the slight contact before his foe is permanently petrified.​
Needing no seals, this would go through unhindered. Wasting no second at all, Shiro would concentrate chakra into his right hand before slamming a huge ball of pure chakra into the blonde's head, in his petrified state. Sending him backwards in devastating frenzy, sustaining immeasurable damage to every part of his body. The chakra ball would rip off the Last Bartholomew's head swiftly before throwing his body backwards like a rag doll.​

Going over the issue's presented alone and a few moves before (considering it's mostly rp before) and irrelevant to here, I would say the issue is quite easy to clear. 21 can't track Lytes (24 spd vs 12 tracking), so the usage of added weight isn't that valid, considering you'd be getting kicked out of nowhere, and only starting your response after the kick has initiated. The counter in itself is weird anyways, as Lytes kicks is aimed at your head, angled downwards to push you towards the ground. Increasing Lytes' weight would only make the kick more potent in these conditions, especially considering the kick was already allowed to make contact.

So, what I see happening is that 21 get's hit with the kick without the earth happening, resulting in him suffering 60*2 (as it's aimed to the head) - 40 (damage shaving), resulting in 80 damage, followed by another 80 damage following the same scheme of Lytes' continued attack. It would be Lytes turn, with 21 taking 160 damage, which I believe is 21's max, ending the fight.
