It's a possibility he does have mokuton. But remember he needs both his rinnegans to activate Susanno.

No he actually didn't they both tied. Kyuubi n madara cut off all the hands. After susanno disappeared and hashirama suppressed kyuubi. And both madara n hashirama were fighting at base form again.

He's never used Shinsuusenju, and about Jukai koutan, It'll probably wipe out fodder but Naruto managed to stop the justu and there's more Ninja/bijuu with the capabilities to do so a well. That and unless Hashi is out for the count it can be countered.
