I can't believe this is still being debated... Look. Deva's abilities have to do with Attractive and Repulsive forces (Gravity). Therefore, any ability used, primarily Shinra Tensei with have a substantiated (Numbered) amount of force. Pein's Shinra Tensei when he WAS CLOSER TO NAGATO (meaning the chakra link is stronger than when they were fighting at the crater) was thwarted by 6 tail Naruto. Look back to when Obito summoned Kurama to attack the village. It was huge. It was making child's play of the village while it towered over it. The Buddha is literally 10-15 times 100% Kurama who was already towering over it. The exerted force from the Buddha would either cancel, or pulverize any Shinra Tensei. It is not 1000 hands, there are far more than that. The technique is called several thousand hands. Now think of the size of those hands. It made 100% Kurama look like a play toy. Now think of roughly 5000 of those hands punching and the equivalent force behind it. It was enough to rip off Perfect Susano'o which is the greatest defense in the manga, something no Shinra Tensei will ever be able to do.

I don't see how Shinra Tensei takes down the Buddha.

Idk why you arebringing up points that have already been discussed. There are several scans showing the full Kyuubi isn't much bigger than a large toad. also they're scanshowing the portion in which the Full Kyuubi covers only a small amoumt of the village.

Decould have been closer, thdoesn't change fact that Nagato was already running low on chakra, ST no matter wasn't going to be as strong. Especially with the intent to capture. This ST was simply like that one's used against Hinata esn
